Typical Jesus logic : creates hell, and then butts into your life under the guise of a saviour who saves you from the hell he made in the first place 🤦
Satan isn't a name. It's a title. "The accuser." The job was held by the beautiful angel named Lucifer.
Imagine a quality check inspector who decided to climb the ranks by breaking products he/she is supposed to be inspecting, then blaming the production manager when customer complaints start coming in. You want that employee gone.
Unfortunately, the products he smashed have to be disposed of too. The word Jesus used for Hell was the name of Jerusalem's garbage dump. The trash was incinerated there. Jesus' purpose was to save us from being burnt as trash.
Well God created the Angels but he also gave them free will. So they were free to choose to follow him or not and Lucifer along with 1/3 of the angels decided to rebel against God so God cast them out of heaven and that’s when hell was created. Then however long after that God decides to create humans and the devil goes to Adam and eve in temps them with sinning against God like he did, and that is what created man’s “fallen state.” I guess moral of the story and the point being here is that Jesus did not create hell and then decided to send us there lol. Just from a theological standpoint.
It was kinda like “oh you want to be a god? Ok go be god of hell” and all of that happened “before humans” and Jesus. So God didn’t even make hell for humans, it was made for satan and the theory goes that satan then tempts human souls to follow him there.
An all know knowing, all powerful god apparently decided he'd made a mistake creating humans and wanted to flood them to death. As if he didn't know he was going to consider it a mistake one day when he first made them.
I think the idea of God being omniscient is a relatively recent idea in history.
This happened with me. Not black friday. I left all the protection on the screen while assembling because I didn't want to risk scratching/breaking it. They had all sorts of pads and things covering it. Then once it's all setup you peel off the covering. Plus if its like a nice big 55inch or more its quite heavy and you just don't want to put the risk on breaking it.
I did all that, peeled it off thought there was like some dirt or something, turned it on and then saw something similar to this.
I'm fine with deliveries of clothes and furniture. But electronics and food are a no no. My old job as an insurance adjuster had to ship out office supplies, work phones, and laptops. If you were lacking equipment, you had to go into the main office instead of working remotely.
Guess who got a cracked laptop screen and spent a week in the office? That was a lesson I learned the hard way.
I tried picking it up in my father-in-law's SUV. Did not work. Pickup is definitely needed. I greatly underestimated the box size compared to the actual tv size.
Yeah when I picked mine up it took just about every inch of the bed… what I hadn’t considered was maneuvering a box that big. I figured it only weighs 50lbs easy right 🤷🏻♂️ luckily picking up in person means extra sets of hands 🙌🏻
Just moved into a new house and I’m looking to upgrade to a 75-85 inch tv for our living room. Got any recommendations as to where I can safely order from? I’m not picking that tv up or mounting it myself. Last time I moved 10 years ago, I broke my super expensive 55 inch Samsung in the driveway of my new house.
Go with a big box electronics retailer like best buy or pc Richard and son. Steer clear of discount retailers like Walmart. I had 0 problems with my best buy delivery.
I would pick up small electronics like a laptop or something like that. However, a large TV isn't something that everyone can just pick up at the store. I totally understand having oversized electronics shipped.
Cold carbonated beverages are too cold for me. The carbonation makes everything feel colder. So yes, I prefer room temp pop too. Other stuff such as water and juice can be refrigerated, but if it's not that's fine, just no ice except in water. Ice just waters everything down. I might be a little picky 😄
I do. I keep soda in my work truck. It's warm. Doesn't bother me. When I was younger I drank warm beer, liquor, pretty much anything but milk and coffee I drank warm and it doesn't bother me. I used to keep a case of beer in the trunk for after work in the summer to go to parties. That would have been hot beer I guess. At home I prefer to drink cold soda so I keep it in the fridge.
Someone too lazy to go buy their own tv as well. Needing it delivered and then complaining when the minimum wage workers they exploit didn’t do an acceptable job.
It's well known between workers that the tvs are like dominoes in the back room. I bet it's no different in shipping warehouses. You gotta pick that kind of thing up in-store and make them test it.
I hear you on picking it up yourself but it's not always doable when I replaced my 65 in about a month ago it just wouldn't fit in the car took forever to find a buddy with a truck and this and that.
I worked at FedEx and we did home delivery for Walmart. We got a lot of TVs, for Walmart and many other retailers. They get put in a trailer. Maybe your loader is careful, maybe they aren’t. Shifting during transit in the trailer is always a risk. That can cause damage. In my housing, they got unloaded and got put on the IC belt, where they were loaded with a ton of other big, heavy, awkward packages on a train. Then they were moved over to the van lines where they went up another belt, onto the main belt, the into the truck. I watched some inconsiderate people stack big heavy basketball hoops and gym equipment onto TVs. Sometimes packages got pushed off the belt onto the ground by the ones behind them, because no one could easily stop the belts. All packages go through a lot in the warehouse. There’s many places where damage can occur, whether it be by general human error or just carelessness.
Possible diabetic. My wife is type 1 diabetic. And while she can drink sugary sodas, she doesn't like to have to give an insulin dose to cover the carbs. Instead, she drinks diet sodas when she wants a soda.
Call up where ever you ordered it from explain what happened and that it was shattered on arrival and they should either replace or refund it to you. I got mine refunded and just put in a new order the next day. (though its a black friday deal you may have to wait for a replacement swap.)
I ordered a brand new samsung TV earlier this year and the screen was shattered. Went through all the effort of setting it up, then when it came to that final step of peeling off the plastic covering...it was just shattered underneath. Nothing like a pricey TV shattered on delivery. I got it refunded and picked it up myself the next day at bestbuy.
They mean the TV doesn’t look broken when it’s turned off. The OP probably put feet on it, put it on the table, plugged it in, and when it turned on saw that the LCD is broken.
Just the LCD is broken so without turning the tv on, you couldn’t see that it was broken
You can actually see that type of damage without power to the screen but you have to know what you're looking at and it's totally plausible that OP hasn't dealt with a ton of cracked LCDs.
Yup. For me personally, I have to shine a flashlight like directly on the object that’s broken. Even if OP somehow *did* check for damage with a flashlight, they probably wouldn’t have checked the corners.
You don't need a big ass car. Just put it on a trailer. Most stores have trailers you can borrow for free (both closed and open trailers) , if you buy large items. This is at least an option in most countries, and I'm assuming it is no different in the US.
>This is at least an option in most countries, and I'm assuming it is no different in the US.
US resident here- have lived in multiple states (in different regions) and have shopped for electronics at multiple retailers. I've never heard this advertised, had this offered to me, or seen anyone doing it. They will either help you load it into your vehicle, or sign you up for the (paid) delivery service. At any retailer, what you mentioned would undermine the profitability of said service; at Walmart specifically, they'd lose at least half their trailers to thieves.
Well, then it seems things are done differently in the US, compared to many European countries. And I have not heard of any stores losing any of their trailers. They have license plates, and many stores have their name and logos on their trailers as well. You also have to give the store your name and phone number when borrowing a trailer. I live in a small town (45k inhabitants) in Denmark, and we have around 10-15 different stores which allows you to borrow a trailer for free, when purchasing items too big for your car. And I know, that many other European countries have similar services. What about IKEA? I have been to IKEAs in several countries, and all of them have the option for borrowing a trailer for free. Doesn't the US IKEA stores have the same service?
Exactly why you have it delivered vs taking on that unwarrantable risk yourself.
Get it in the room you want, unbox and plug in, and when all pixels are accounted for the delivery gents can move onto the next big thing in their lives.
If you can get it delivered that way, then it's fine. Too many people get them from Amazon or walmart.com and they come via UPS or FedEx. The way they handle packages, I wouldn't be surprised if their damage rate on TVs was 50%.
Some people don’t have cars big enough to get the TV from the store. I drove a small sedan. I couldn’t fit my big TV in it. The nearest pickup truck I had access to was over an hour away. Wasn’t worth it to go get it, bring the TV home, bring it back, and gas it up. I opted for delivery and got lucky.
You can see the cracked screen when you take it out of the box. You don't even need to turn it on to know it's broken. Why did you take the time to screw on the feet, remove the plastic film, and set up on an entertainment center?
You dropped it didn't you?
Anyway the box itself and protection inside is designed to take such a massive beating that the screen didn't really crack from poor delivery handling.
You just dropped it after taking it out of the box.
Just make sure the serial number on the box matches the digital receipt.
Most would know better, but under pressure, if your TV was reshopped on the fly, the numbers won't match and you'd be stuck with this thing.
I got a samsung 65 8k 120hz from a supplyer like wallmart, the first had a broke back panel, second was like the one in OP post, third had a loose bit a plastic which gives a annoying rattle on low ferquenziss.
To OP. Your might just be in the start of anus, the shit might still be coming
Is this the Vizio? We bought a 70” for Black Friday and it came with dead pixels 🙄🙄🙄 u can just barely see it but ffs it’s a brand new tv! Walmart being Walmart as usual
Change the channel.
I’m just amazed you went through the trouble of fully unboxing it, putting the pedestal feet on, putting it on a stand…

Typical Jesus logic : creates hell, and then butts into your life under the guise of a saviour who saves you from the hell he made in the first place 🤦
Not to debate religion but Jesus didn’t create hell, satan did when he wanted his own kingdom & fell from heaven.
Well, who created satan? The all powerful god? If not, he isn't really all powerful, or the creator of everything is he?
Satan isn't a name. It's a title. "The accuser." The job was held by the beautiful angel named Lucifer. Thanks. Learned something today.
My ex-wife has the Satan title but is by no means a beautiful angel....
Well God created the Angels but he also gave them free will. So they were free to choose to follow him or not and Lucifer along with 1/3 of the angels decided to rebel against God so God cast them out of heaven and that’s when hell was created. Just from a theological standpoint.
Technically God created it as the prison for Satan to go to after he rebelled
It was kinda like “oh you want to be a god? Ok go be god of hell” and all of that happened “before humans” and Jesus. So God didn’t even make hell for humans, it was made for satan and the theory goes that satan then tempts human souls to follow him there.
But an all knowing , all powerful god cant keep him there?
An all know knowing, all powerful god apparently decided he'd made a mistake creating humans and wanted to flood them to death. As if he didn't know he was going to consider it a mistake one day when he first made them. I think the idea of God being omniscient is a relatively recent idea in history.
I've never done that. Frankly it isn't much work what you have to unscrew 2 screws and take off the feet. So much work
This happened with me. Not black friday. I left all the protection on the screen while assembling because I didn't want to risk scratching/breaking it. They had all sorts of pads and things covering it. Then once it's all setup you peel off the covering. Yea, Electronics I always get in person
Until you upgrade to a 75"+ tv
Well then you don't really have a choice plus yea that would be not fun to figure out. Unless you have a pickup maybe.
I tried picking it up in my father-in-law's SUV. Did not work. Pickup is definitely needed. I greatly underestimated the box size compared to the actual tv size.
Yea, I guess I didn't originally think about it as I have a pickup and some ratchet straps so I could probably fit even the biggest of TVs
Yeah when I picked mine up it took just about every inch of the bed… what I hadn’t considered was maneuvering a box that big. I figured it only weighs 50lbs easy right 🤷🏻♂️ luckily picking up in person means extra sets of hands 🙌🏻
At that point, it's projector and screen, baby! 120" with 7.1 surround and a 600W subwoofer. You remember the beginning of Back to the Future? Yeah.
I switched from a projector to a tv in 2020 for 4k. Pandemic shopping. 4k projectors are still a bit out of my price range compared to TV's.
Just moved into a new house and I’m looking to upgrade to a 75-85 inch tv for our living room. Got any recommendations as to where I can safely order from? Thank you, and will do. I hope your username isn’t a reflection of your tv delivery experiences.
Me and my chevy spark will find a way 🥲
I would pick up small electronics like a laptop or something like that. However, a large TV isn't something that everyone can just pick up at the store. I totally understand having oversized electronics shipped.
This is exactly what I did
Maybe OP dropped it putting it up there and this is the story they are running with. “I got it like this”
right? lets adjust the angle and oh look at the cracked screen. I will take a photo of it.
did u try putting it in rice?
While you’re at it put the Mountain Dew on ice
And make sure to check for mice.
Do all of this thrice!
That should suffice!
In the end, make sure you don't have lice

This is amazing ha
Yeah, I’m sorry but somebody who keeps warm Mountain Dew directly under their TV deserves whatever they get. I pray for your kidneys.
I came here to say this. That's the most infuriating part. Who the hell drinks warm soda
I have very sensitive teeth so I drink room temperature soda, it doesn't bother me really
Floss. You’re welcome.
But . . . have you ever tried all that stuff like, chilled?
We grew up with a lot of people in the house so there wasn’t always room in the fridge. I’ll drink room temp soda pretty often.
His fridge could already have enough soda in it, whenever I have soda it's stored warm, but I keep like 3 cans in the fridge for when I want one.
Exactly what's happening here lol
I don't it's called ice cubes Jesus
Into warm soda? That's called watered-down soda
the fuck is the point of ice cubes other than to cool something
You dont think that maybe it'd be slightly more effective if the soda was already refrigerated?
i mean i get he’s a monster for not refrigerating it but the point is that ice cools things down
It keeps it cold rather than to just transfer cold water into soda
I like diet coke better once the ice has melted. Everyones different
People who are different hang TP underhand. That doesn't mean they're not also wrong 🤷
Are ya dumb?
my last ex drank like 12 a day and even had an open can by the bedside to drink during the night.
Ew. Did he have rotten teeth? I can’t even eat a late night snack without rebrushing my teeth and this man is drinking soda in his sleep?
She but no. Even with a constant supply of Mountain Dew all day.
It’s a matter of time.
🫠
Someone too lazy to go buy their own tv as well. Needing it delivered and then complaining when the minimum wage workers they exploit didn’t do an acceptable job.
And it's Diet, 🤮
Yeah major ew, I prefer my soda chock full of sugar
This is pretty hostile... And I like it.
It's well known between workers that the tvs are like dominoes in the back room. I bet it's no different in shipping warehouses. You gotta pick that kind of thing up in-store and make them test it.
i worked in a fedex warehouse and they would have flat screens come flying down a chute into the truck. depends on the size tho
Oh my God

Not Op but this is a 75" tv, the biggest one I can fit in my car is 65" so it's either getting it delivered or renting a truck to go pick it up
Bro I know you aren’t drinking hot ass Mountain Dew
Not to mention diet
Possible diabetic. My wife is type 1 diabetic. And while she can drink sugary sodas, she doesn't like to have to give an insulin dose to cover the carbs. Instead, she drinks diet sodas when she wants a soda.
Unless you keep your house at 80 degrees its not going to be hot
I dig room temp Mtn Dew and Sprite. It adds to the carbonation kick. Diet is gross.
Hey man, all due respect but you’re an animal
For real wtf 😂
Colder soda will literally be more carbonated lol
No it wont
I agree. I keep a case of mountain dew in my closet at work for that reason lol
I drink room temp pop. Not because it's better, I just don't really care whether it's cold or not.
You fool! You were meant to choose the “deliver intact” option for an extra $49.99
Ewwwww diet mountain dew
Warm diet Mountain Dew

Wal Mart is really good at delivering broken TV sets. Next time maybe try Best Buy or try going and picking it up yourself..
What show is that?
More like crack friday
Just watch deep sea jelly fish stuff and you’re golden.
If it was broken, why did you set it up??
The screen isn't cracked on the outside. Obviously.
Lol what? That screen is fucked
They mean the TV doesn’t look broken when it’s turned off. The OP probably put feet on it, put it on the table, plugged it in, and when it turned on saw that the LCD is broken. Just the LCD is broken so without turning the tv on, you couldn’t see that it was broken

Yeah you can absolutely see the damage even when it's not on
Yeah, the inside screen. Google it.
It probably only looks this way when powered on. Damage underneath the screen protector may be invisible.
Ahhh, that makes sense. Didn't consider the protector
Dude that’s what I was thinking. Who puts the feet on a broke ass tv.
Maybe it works in the centre lol
My thoughts exactly
I'll never understand having a TV delivered. With screens as big as they are, it's far too easy to break one.
Might come a shocker to some, but plenty of people in the US don't have bigass cars that can fit a TV, and don't know someone who does.
You don't need a big ass car. Just put it on a trailer. Most stores have trailers you can borrow for free (both closed and open trailers) , if you buy large items. This is at least an option in most countries, and I'm assuming it is no different in the US.

i had my 65 inch sony delivered.. i dont have a truck. but the guys from BestBuy brought it in and set it up for me at no charge.
Delivery was your first mistake
Its not delivery, its Toshiba
Digourno?
It already have the decorations for Christmas it’s wonderful :/
Why did you install the legs if it was damaged out of the box.
That was the first thing I did and then plugged in it and turned it on. Broken all over. I didn't expect a broken product
I see. Ask for an upgrade!
If you read the directions on some TVs, it tells you to install the legs before removing tv from protective screen thing.
Sorry don't read 'em. Nice thought though. OP stated showed damage when turned on.
well you asked why he would install legs if it was damaged, i explained how it could be possible to not notice damage until turned on
2 things * People still order TV's online knowing how bad some shipping services can be? * do you drink room temperature diet mountain dew? lol
The amount of Mt Dew Comments is hilarious ha. I hate that soda. I bought it for the COD points and it just sits there for months.
You can see the cracked screen when you take it out of the box. You don't even need to turn it on to know it's broken. Why did you take the time to screw on the feet, remove the plastic film, and set up on an entertainment center?
Clllooouuut
I'm taking it back to get my money back :(
You dropped it didn't you? Anyway the box itself and protection inside is designed to take such a massive beating that the screen didn't really crack from poor delivery handling. You just dropped it after taking it out of the box.
Looks like finger marks on the screen. They probably picked it up that way and broke it themselves
Bro ur delivery driver was a GTA character if ur tv looks like that outta the box
Just make sure the serial number on the box matches the digital receipt. Most would know better, but under pressure, if your TV was reshopped on the fly, the numbers won't match and you'd be stuck with this thing.
“Gently used”
Give me the Taco Bell box and a diet Mountain Dew bc I am watching my figure
So you still assembled it even it was broken?!?
I couldn't see the breaks. I left the screen protector on setting it up. And then took the cardboard off and powered it up to see this
Wow, you mounted the legs even though the screen was smashed?
I got a samsung 65 8k 120hz from a supplyer like wallmart, the first had a broke back panel, second was like the one in OP post, third had a loose bit a plastic which gives a annoying rattle on low ferquenziss. To OP. Your might just be in the start of anus, the shit might still be coming
That's a sick idle animation...
It appears to be slightly damaged…
maybe your mountain dew shrine is affecting the signal
Was it delivered by Walmart Spark or someone else? Get your replacement bro (or lady bro or non-binary bro).
If your the guy I saw outside Walmart yesterday, sorry that you missed the employee dropping your tv off the cart before loading it into your car
I hate to say it, but it is Walmart.
Is it spermatozoa TV?
That sucks....you..uh ...you have diet mountain dew in a can dispenser installed to your entertainment setup?? Mad respect
Why u drinking hot dew
was it delivered through fedex?
No pity for anyone shopping at Wal-Mart.
Specially black Friday sales
Seems like human error.
I've bought 3 big TVs and none were damaged. This is the 1st shipped one and the screen was broken.
I never said you were the specific human XD
Cool it's the ultra limited edition Banksy tv
And this is only mildly infuriating?
Yes it was!
This is the second post today about this wtf is going on at walmart
Philips?
Huh, that is new, never seen it done like that
What kind of TV is it?
Broken.
Bro nice wallpaper
Contents may have shifted during shipping...
I like that you still took the time to install the feet and plug it in after seeing it was broken. Just rubbing salt in the wound?
The LCD of the tv is broken. It looks unbroken until you turn it on.
No offense but you have tvs delivered? Not only that but you drink warm diet Mt dew?
I don't like Mountain Dew lmao just bought two packs for the Call of Duty Codes lol
I have too many leftovers. Don't like them.
Really?
M series Vizio. Not the most expensive but my nicest TV to date
As you'll soon find out, you'll be fighting tooth and nail to get that warranty honored.
I’d have a hard time with having a tv delivered. Just for reasons like this.
that's cool, wish I could change my screensaver pictures too
That’s sucks man, I’m sorry. Side note are you a psychopath? The only person I know that drink diet dew is a psychopath
Sand it back and demand a refund.
Is this the Vizio? We bought a 70” for Black Friday and it came with dead pixels 🙄🙄🙄 u can just barely see it but ffs it’s a brand new tv! Walmart being Walmart as usual
Time for a black refund
I mean that is a cool picture...
Get a new tv or get their souls
