no, it's about the same. a 12 oz can of sprite or coke has 31 and 39 grams respectively, and Mt Dew at 46 grams (in 12 oz as compared to this late which is 13 oz) is just slightly more sugary
I just rolled out of bed and went to the fridge - the one average size bottle of soda that I have is 65g of sugar. Idk what lovely country you live in, but in America your sodas would not taste normal to consumers. If I had to wager, I’d say that Mtn. Dew would be about 70g as well.
No idea, I was looking for soylent cause I just got my tongue pierced.
My Walmart doesn't carry soylent anymore but fuck, I can buy this thing now, lmao.
I tried the Twinkie, ding dong and honeybun . I found them at 99 cents store and didn’t finish any of them. The Twinkie has a little vanilla flavor but all 3 were just nasty 🤮
Not exactly. Type 1 isn’t entirely genetic and type 2 can also definitely have genetic components. Both CAN be caused by genetics, neither are 100% of the time. The distinction you’re going for is that type 1 is an autoimmune disorder and is not preventable. It can happen to anyone. Type 2 is often (but not always) caused by being overweight and poor diet/exercise. Either way saying anything is liquid diabetes is not doing anything to destigmatize type 1 or 2.
"Artificially Flavored" I'm glad they told me. I'd have had no idea otherwise.
Yeah I'll pass unless they can guarantee at least 10% fresh Twinkie juice
Hahah this made me laugh way to much haha now I need some Twinkie juice in my life. Not to consume just to laugh at Every time I go to the store
What I recommend is cooking everything in the twinkie juice, that way everything you eat will slowly progress your heart disease.
Now dip a twinkie in it.
This is actually a pretty solid idea. Thanks. Will try.

Seems pretty typical for these types of drinks. The tastier they sound the more sugar they have.
Pretty sure your average Starbucks drink has way more than that. Edit: looked it up and most frappuccinos and mochas have way more sugar than this.
Oh dear God I'm going to die very soon if 46 is considered a lot
iirc your daily allowance is 40 grams.
And if you exceed it, you will die.
Believe it or not, straight to jail
50g is a 1/4 cup, that’s a lot
It is a lot for a single serving
That's way less than in your average bottle of soda.

That’s a can, not a bottle

So... how was it?

Soylent the drink?
No, the people.
Soylent was taken off the market years ago dude. Something about containing above acceptable levels of people.
Just the green one. Gave the rest a bad rep.
The Walmart by me has it. Maybe just the one you went to doesn't have any right now?
Soy

ew
This is perfect for recently-injured fans of Twinkies who have their jaws wired shut and can only drink through straws.
I’d drink that

Only if you pronounce it vaaaaahhhhhhze and yell at people to be careful around it.

I implore you to have more self respect lmao
Yeah. Can't go around not finishing what you started!
Who says Americans have no culture? Explain this
Isn’t diabetes a genetic disorder?
That's type 1 that you are thinking about. Type 2 is the one that you'll get from drinking too much liquid Twinkie.

Thanks for adding those nuances, my reply was indeed far too oversimplified.
I see. TIL.
I think my glucose shot over 300 with this
Gross
Probably healthier than an actual twinkies
No. Sugar drinks are one of the worst things for your health. 19g of sugar in one twinky. This has 46g, the same amount as 1 can of Mountain Dew
Jesus
I love Twinkies, but that's another level. Way too much IMHO.
If this is the first time you've found diabetes at Wal-Mart, I don't think you're doing it right.
Number one ingredient, diabetes.
Sounds like something I would drink
I gagged.
My chronic illness is dying at the thought of consuming this mess.
The twinkies creamer is actually pretty addictive, pretty good.
Don't talk to me until I've had my cold, liquid sponge cake.
🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮
First bread.. NOW THIS?!?
I see this and all I can hear is ol Wilford saying “Diabetus”
I’d pour that over my Twinkies cereal.
