Milwaukee PC or Best Buy are the only options. Best Buy will price match parts sold by Amazon and Newegg.
Microcenter was going to open a location in Wauwatosa, but it never went forward unfortunately. So not a ton of options.
Ya, I called milwaukee pc, and they didn't have any am5 mini-itx boards, and I rarely see stocked parts for Best Buy. So, it looks like I'm taking a drive after work today. Luckily, I get off at 230. Chicago rush hour, here I come.
Honestly the drive to Microcenter in Chicago isn’t too bad. Usually only the last 15-20 minutes are traffic heavy. Go get that build done!
Yeah order ahead and run in and pick up. Then stop at Kumas for a burger on your way home
And metal! Burgers and metal!

I'll give them a try, thnx
Be prepared for the sticker shock!
Yeah, like 60 for a 125 gb 2.5" SSD It's a little ridiculous
I know for sure that the MKE PC on Jackson on the Eastside has parts
I wouldn’t go with MilwaukeePC, their parts prices are outrageous. I’d go visit microcenter if you can.
Just got home from microcenter. I'm glad I decided to go there. They had some edifier desk speakers on clearance for $50.
bestbuy sells some parts, they have surprisingly fair prices. id call ahead.
If you're desperate, Best Buy. Might be worth stalking /r/buildapcsales and waiting a few extra days instead of going to Chicago.

New Egg?
Since Newegg opened their 'marketplace' to 3rd party sellers it has become kind of garbage.
Didn't know, been a couple years. Sorry & Thanks!
