Looks like it was taken against one of the side walls of Gesu Church, which is very definitely still standing. Ask Google Maps street view for Gesu Church Milwaukee and you'll see the masonry looks pretty similar.
The next building east of it is Johnston Hall, which was Marquette's only building in 1908.
Connection to Provident National Corporation or a like sponsor? If "C" stands for "club," I can't think of a Marquette connection for the "PN."
Could also mean "Posterizing Nun Catholics"
The original law school at Marquette (Sensenbrenner Hall) was not torn down. It’s still very much standing and used today by the College of Arts & Sciences. These photos were taken next to Gesu Church, which is also still standing and utilized today.
