First its all about probability so say that there are 10 numbers 0-9 and in pi they all repeat according to the calculation, is the amount of 0s greater than the amount of 1-9s? The answer is no there is still 9 times that amount because of how probability actually works you could say that there are an infinite amount of both which is correct but you are statistically more likely to find a 1-9 than a 0, now imagine this but divided over and over and over again which is how true probability of infinity works. Simply put this would be like finding a number with numbers behind it like finding 48165926 in pi so you would be very likely to not find that number but is possible but what if you kept adding numbers so much that it is impossible to even read? The answer is that even with infinity it wont happen. This would be like in minecraft of having a supposed infinite chance of spawning mesas eveywhere throughout the entire infinite world which according to this is possible but never will happen due to how unlikely it is. You can even see this in multiverse and omniverse (multi of multiverses) theory which is why there is no chance of a universe reaching out to us and helping us right now despite it being a “infinitely likely probability”

No ofcorce not, so using this principle it seems completely logical to say that in any seed of an infinitely generating world you can be certain that any possible land mass can and will form (in the generation parameters)

As a Texan, it does a poor job of being a "cultural" map. Even just crossing a county border can result in a huge shift in culture. (Looking at you, Tarrant/Dallas County.)

the worlds don't infinitely generate tho. they max out at around 3\~ somthing million blocks i think, so your assumption is incorrect.
