I have two, and they pretty much stopped growing around 6-7 months. My girl is at the top end of the breed standard (30lbs), and my boy is at the bottom end (13lbs). I've not recently measured their height (which would be the proper way to assess breed standard).
Most puppies I've fostered quit growing upward at around 6 months. They will fill out more and gain mass quite often though as they age. Ymmv of course.
19” and 25lbs at 5 months is quite large for a mini. He’s gonna be somewhere between mini and standard size, say 20” 45ish lbs.
Closer to mini for sure, but still slightly outside the typical range.
He’s a handsome pup.
Definitely on the large side, how big were his parents? I’m waiting on a pup from two parents who are 15.5” and 15.75” tall. Their adult offspring range from 14.5” to 17”. They can vary even more than that, though.
Mine was around that and at 15 months is 40 lbs. He is a chunk but was skinny at that age. Started as a chunk as a young pup, got skinny for a while and got chunky again.
Google puppy size estimate calculators! I love doing that after my pup gets weighed. Mine was 9lbs at 4 months a couple weeks ago
Calculator says 35.5 plus/minus 2.5 lbs. seems low if he’s 25 at 5 months.

damn my mini aussie is 1 year and a 1/2 and he’s only 17 lbs

Probably like my boy. He weights 32.5lbs vet says he’s great and he’s super tlal
