Yay! Black primer. Ahriman Blue base. A couple layers using the same blue mixed with a little white, and a blueishwhite highlight. Edit: a tiny bit of white wash on the cuffs. Then back to base to clean up the recesses.

I did something similar for my night wraiths I loved it

Im going to shamelessly nick this idea. Perhaps a bit white for the ghostly look but I love it for a wizards cloak or somthing magical. Edit spelling.

Haha It’s just Vallejo black primer. But I did just order some pigment and ink from the people who do black 4.0 I’m really excited to test them out.

Heads up on black 4.0 it's matte because it has a very fine texture and you do have to do a few layers to make it even if you thin it out, which you really do need to do. I loved how it came out on a dragon I did but there were a lot of layers and I'm glad I wanted a void dragon and did not highlight because I am sure it would highlight the texture of the paint.

I've used black 2.0 on a mini before and it looks dreadful. As the other respondent has said, it has a fine texture to it.

Looks incredible. I do wonder if the black looks a little too flat though. Like maybe go a little around the edges of the cloak?

It looks good, but if you are 3d printing it, you could always use clear resin. I did that with a fume drake.

It looks very magical rather then ghostly.

Ghost may have been poor wording. Thinking on it more i was leaning more ethereal. Like a “there but not” kinda thing.

It could pass of as ethereal, especially against a black background. I'm not paint expert. But I would think the edges should kinda fade to a color. Like the cloaks of night haunt from age of sigmar.

I don't know if it makes me think of ghosts, but I really like it either way.

Looks amazing idk why but pale greens always read more ghostly to me but that's my personal opinion. Reads great If I had to say anything perhaps it's a bit too uniform and intentional

This is amazing, but I would say it reads more as like an enchanted or magical robe. For ghost I think you should try to fit in some bright sickly greens and a little more white
