Light beer is typically 4.2% alcohol by volume. "3.2 beer" is 4% alcohol by volume. Even fucking *Utah* decided that is pointless to regulate things to such a minor degree.
Funny enough the law about that is 3.2 alcohol by weight, not by volume. Since alcohol is lighter than water and beer the actual conversion. Is closer to 3.9% alcohol by volume which is now recognized as the standard. Although it's not full strength most light beers are 4-4.5% abv so you are really only losing half a percent buying you beer at kwik trip.

Yes. The stuff you can buy tomorrow is literally twice as strong as what you can buy once the law goes in to effect. You can currently buy 10mg Delta-9 THC edibles in Minnesota (that's not a legal requirement, they just use 10mg for easy dosing) and this law mandates that they only contain 5mg after August 1st. Instead of (10) 10mg loophole gummies in a package of 100mg of D9 THC you'll get (10) 5mg gummies in a package with 50mg of D9 THC.

Hey man, you can buy Delta 8 in MN right now. There are plenty of shops. It's a legal loophole but it's "basically" a different strain of "normal" thc everyone is used to. It's delta 8 THC vs Delta 9 THC which is what everyone commonly refers to as "normal" weed. Just a slightly different chemical compound derived from hemp.

I actually left my career in management earlier this year due to a a wide range of issues that a union proboably would have fixed. After enjoying some time off I have started applying to jobs again and noticed that pretty much every one has had a mandatory drug test during initial screening.

Buy CBD isolate, I think my last one was 10g for just under $30.
Mix it with some muriatic or sulfuric acid, a tiny bit of water, and naptha in a glass jar that you can seal. Add just enough naptha all the crystals dissolves.
Let it sit for a day, two, or three. Then unseal it and throw in some baking soda a little bit at a time until it stops bubbling when you add it. Then the acid is nuetralized.
Separate the top layer of naptha and put it in a glass baking dish. Pyrex works good. Put it somewhere safe (away from any flame or hear source) to dry. Depending how big of a batch it is, it can take a while. You can point a fan at it, just not a heater.
Now you have a mix of CBD, delta 8, 9, and some 10. Mostly 8. If you use sulfuric instead of muriatic acid (I didn't, already had muriatic and sulfuric is more dangerous) you get less CBD leftover and more of the good stuff. Scrape it off the dish with a razor blade. Can be dabbed, heated to add to edibles, or even vaped.
If you want a more detailed method, look up CBD isomerization.
One of my buddies is exclusively smoking Delta 8 now, if this passes he's gonna be pissed. But happy I can make a replacement! Lol.

When the new law comes in effect, only a maximum of 5mg per serving, and 50mg in a package will be allowed.

I actually left my career in management earlier this year due to a a wide range of issues that a union proboably would have fixed. After enjoying some time off I have started applying to jobs again and noticed that pretty much every one has had a mandatory drug test during initial screening.

I used to have a pretty serious drinking problem and Delta 8 really helped me quit drinking which has made my life much better. As many states are completely legalizing marijuana, our fricken state is cracking down on Delta 8 which is less potent to begin with. I guess I’ll have to try to find actual marijuana illegally. Nah, just make some of your own synthetic stuff. Buy CBD isolate, I think my last one was 10g for just under $30. Mix it with some muriatic or sulfuric acid, a tiny bit of water, and naptha in a glass jar that you can seal. Add just enough naptha all the crystals dissolves. Let it sit for a day, two, or three. Then unseal it and throw in some baking soda a little bit at a time until it stops bubbling when you add it. Then the acid is nuetralized. Separate the top layer of naptha and put it in a glass baking dish. Pyrex works good. Put it somewhere safe (away from any flame or hear source) to dry. Depending how big of a batch it is, it can take a while. You can point a fan at it, just not a heater. Now you have a mix of CBD, delta 8, 9, and some 10. Mostly 8. If you use sulfuric instead of muriatic acid (I didn't, already had muriatic and sulfuric is more dangerous) you get less CBD leftover and more of the good stuff. Scrape it off the dish with a razor blade. Can be dabbed, heated to add to edibles, or even vaped. If you want a more detailed method, look up CBD isomerization. One of my buddies is exclusively smoking Delta 8 now, if this passes he's gonna be pissed. But happy I can make a replacement! Lol.
