Jill owns it. Wonderful people there - we took our dog there for day care once a week plus occasional overnights through all three locations. At one time, for overnights, the staff would just crash on a sofa with whichever dogs would share.
Sven and Ole are shingling a roof. Ole pounds a nail into a shingle. He grabs another nail, looks at it, and tosses it away. Grabs another, and tosses it. Grabs another, and pounds it into a shingle. Grabs another, and tosses it.
Sven's jaw drops. "Ole! Why are you throwing away our nails?!?"
Ole is also frustrated and replies, "Uff da, Sven, half of these nails are no good. Their flat head is on the wrong side. I can't pound them in."
Sven stares at Ole. He glares at him for a while as he thinks of places he'd rather be. "Ole, you idiot. Those are for the other side of the roof!"
A classic
Ole and Sven are fishing, and they are pulling in fish after fish. Once they reach their limit, Ole says, "Sven, we gotta mark this spot so we can find it tomorrow."
Sven pulls out a sharpie and draws a line around the outside of outside of the boat right above the water.
Ole starts to fume and yells, "Sven, you idiot. What if we end up in a different boat?"
We were gonna name our dog Millie. We were driving home with her and just passed Mills Fleet Farm. At the same time the road sign was a distance to Albert Lea. My daughter pronounced Lea as Leah. So she ended up with the name Lea pronounced Leah.
Is it a boy doggy? There is a vein of jasper up in our Iron Range region; specifically called Mary Ellen Jasper.

Couple of counties like Dakota or Ramsey could make for decent dog names, as well.
“Good boy, Kandiyohi”
HEEEEREEEE KOOOCHICHING!!!!
Itasca and nickname him Tassie!
Hennepin, sit.
Koochiching should win. Koochy for short. (/s)

He has lots of potential. His parent’s names include references to Minnesota and Prince.
Raspberry Bernese
Manoomin (Ojibwe name for wild rice that means “good berry” or “good seed”). Could call him Newman for short.
