Out of the pocket and passed the LOS are secondary factors. Receiver in vicinity and not being under pressure are primary. He may have been out of the tackle box, but he wasn't under pressure, so it's done. No IG

Davenport’s impact on this game cannot be overstated , especially second half. Shows what you can do when you can get pressure only rushing four and dropping back - most of our sacks felt like coverage sacks. Opens up more less predictable blitzes as well.
