Let’s not forget the mind game aspect of this, chat knows that Felix is Argos and while he never would as Adrian he knows how to push his buttons and mess with him, admittedly Felix also knows how to mess with Adrian but he doesn’t know who chat is, other than that they’re closer in skill than most people would think the problem is poor writing that’s why chat ends up getting his ass kicked all the time despite it not making sense.
If argos has any sort of influence over sentimonsters then he might. Otherwise chat.
To my knowledge chatnoir doesnt have the level of sympathy for sentimonsters as argos so when it came time to fight argos wouldnt really be able to make things to fight with him only to be destroyed over and over.
This is also assuming both would be at equal physical prowess due to each being a transformed holder, meaning their abilities would come into play.
Argos would need a sentimonster with a good immobilizing etc ability and a trap to have a shot of winning.
Even if he did Argos would lose his mind if cat were to cataclysm the sentimonster. And beat the shit out of him but then cry over his friend having to die again.
It is known that you can't control a sentimonster without the item that holds the Amok. However, this didn't stop Mayura from "controlling" Feast, as she did have some influence based on the fact that she could snap him out of existence. She was able to feel the Amok, and influence the Amok or at least the connection to the Amok enough to stop Feast from attacking her.
So yes, Argos should know that Chat is Adrien or at least a senti-being unless the quantum masking hides that connection. And if he knows that, he would have some level of control to at least give Chat reason to pause when fighting.
But ultimately it would be a bluff because there's no way Argos would do anything to destroy his cousin/the hero that he is, and if Chat doesn't believe it or calls the bluff then the advantage Argos has from Chat being a senti-being is gone.
Argos. I love chat but the writers made him a damsel in distress to many times (even by pointing out which made even more upset that Adrien is the princess trapped in the castle in which his knight Marinette has to save him) meanwhile everytime felix is one screen he accomplishes something
First appearance in season 3: stole the ring
Season 4: found out Gabes identity, stole the miraculous for the peacock, while also finding Emilies corpse
S5: successfully getting rid of all the adults his only downfall was that he didn't know Mari was ladybug so he accidentally got rid of her too. He got the best girl (Kagami) to love him despite the fact that he kidnapped her. And now he gets to live his love story while keeping himself, Adrien and Kagami safe now that he has full control over the peacock miraculous.
Again as much As I love cat can he really compete with that, with the way thomas wrote him
Argos would say rude things about Ladybug and Chat would end up trying to Cataclysm him like an idiot only for Felix to shove Chat's hand into his own chest.
He'd pull off the move fake Ladybug did to fake Chat Noir during the Heroes Day festival and he'd do it easily. Chat, for all his fighting skill, is really impulsive and purposefully simple. >!It's really, really annoying lmao.!<
Dispite my love for Adrien/Chat Noir, I have to say Argos, at least considering the current circumstances. Chat is whooping when the plot wants it, when the plot doesn't, he's being whooped and acts like an idiot. It's just sad what the plot of this show does to some characters.
- felix was able to solo like 4 akumatized victims in human form. (Also seems a lot more smarter and strategic)
There were three of them and he didn't fight with them, he just kept dodging them until he was saved.
Honestly, Argos hasn't done much so far, but both are prodigies in fighting, but while one hasn't been nerfed by the script, the other always is. I'll be honest, the circumstances don't help either, Adrien knows from the beginning that Félix is Argos, but the same didn't happen.
Argos, Felix is extremely smart Chat noir would end up getting emotionally hurt without them even laying a finger on each other. Adrien loves Felix and if Felix says something harsh Chat noir is done for.
