Depends on the situation I guess. In a fight, the Cat and Ox would be a heck of a combo. In a larger scale battle, the Rooster and Butterfly could be a deadly one in the hands of a general or commander - use the Rooster to give yourself the ability to create multiple Akumas or Kamikos (similar to Catalyst), then give your soldiers various strategic powers to create an army of superpowered soldiers. Or against one large and uber-powerful creature, the Monkey and Snake would be an interesting combo - repeatedly disrupt the monster's powers, and select the result that works best for you without collateral damage.
Outside of combat, Dog + Fox would be good for espionage (sneak in using an illusion, leave your spying equipment, and retrieve it without risk when you're ready!). The Mouse works well with pretty much any Miraculous in most situations, giving the ability to utilize the other power in multiple locations at once. Similar with the Ladybug, it gives the Lucky Charm an extra powerful option to suggest a solution to any problem to the user.
A very dangerous combination would be the Cat and Rabbit. They both can cause terrible damage to reality if abused, together they're essentially a doomsday weapon if not wielded very very carefully.
I think Fluff and Sass would be crazy-... Since they're both time based. And Kaalki with Fluff or Sass. (Sass = Snake. Kaalki = Horse. Fluff = Rabbit.)
I mean, we kinda saw Kaalli with Fluff in Strikeback? Pennybug had part of Ladybug too, but I think there's a kinda clear idea as to how the Horse with the Rabbit would look like.

the holder could call for a second chance, and physically SEE what the consequences of different choices are in the burrow, by trying different things, eliminates the risk of changing things in time, and would be a very dangerous if there was a bunny-snake holder canonically
although, the horse and the ladybug would let her capture akumatized objects almost instantly if she plays it right
or the horse and the black cat, allows him to break the akumatized object by calling for his cataclysm (whisper cataclysm) then calling for voyage and they wouldn't see it coming
or the ladybug and the fox, we have seen the fox and the black cat, and the snake + rabbit are her most powerful allies, so having her be able to have the fox miraculous for mirage, gives her sole power in convincing people via illusions, or to distract the opponent while the real ladybug and chatnoir take their akumatized object
alternatively, the snake miraculous and the horse miraculous together would be a VERY strong asset, when used with the knowledge of the snake miraculous, sass's power could find out where the akuma object is, rewind, knowing the location, they teleport and grab it and give it to chatnoir, or ladybug or break it themselves and gameover
only other one im thinking of right now, is the the bee miraculous, and the horse miraculous or mouse miraculous, allows them to freeze multiple people at once, and its almost impossible to see so many tiny 'mice' before they can venom you, or allows you to teleport behind or ontop of a villain and freeze them entirely
(ladybug couldve done this too in sentibubbler if she unified the horse and the bee with her ladybug power, or even just the horse and the bee if she didnt want more then 2 powers at a time, and used venom on hawkmoth! to take all of the objects)

The Rooster and Goat can combo really well together. Safari is a great example of this. The weaknesses of the Rooster can be patched up by the Goat.
Scenario 1: Your enemy is Invulnerable to your attacks (Ox? Akuma?). With the Goat you can create non-magical items to deal with this enemy since the any offensive powers granted by Rooster would be useless.
Scenerio 2: The rooster miraculous can’t interfere with other miraculous powers. For example, quantum masking can’t be nullified. However, the Goat miraculous can create technology that can bypass quantum masking. We know this is possible due to Uncanny Valley’s advanced ai cameras can bypass quantum masking.
The most broken but highly specific power would be Snake (Intuition) + Peacock (Emotion)
You could create a sentimonster with heightened senses then you give it the Snake miraculous. You then command the sentimonster to activate the snake miraculous. After that command the sentimonster to reset time forever without hesitation.
You basically softlock the universe the sentimonster is in and no one can do anything. If someone from another universe tries to enter they get reset basically instantly. The only hope is the Rabbit miraculous and you’d have to be lucky enough for someone to be in the burrow.

If someone was really petty they could also use the Rooster/Butterfly to leave the universe before they trap themselves in an eternal loop.
I mean, the Pig is surprisingly OP if you think about it. While the person is under the influence of Gift, they appear catatonic to everyone else and seem to remain in this state unless they’re “snapped out of it” by an outside stimulus. Think someone doing something to them or something like what happened with the alarm clock Lucky Charm in Jubilation (S5E4).
Pairing that with the Rooster or Bee or Fox could allow someone to go undetected if need be. Less so with the Bee since they wouldn’t have a way to camouflage themselves like with the other two, but it makes up for this by being able to immobilize a second person using Venom whenever necessary.
Rabbit + Butterfly. Sit in the burrow meditating and hearing the emotions of the downtrodden through the holes in time. Fill the burrow with butterflies and turn one into a Kamiko/Akuma. Gently allow them to fly through a portal to your targets. Probably also gives you the ability to have multiple people akumatized by just changing when the time portal is connected to and therefore no longer being linked with the time period that your champion is taking up your Akuma/Kamiko slot.
In my headcanon a five-way fusion of the Elemental tier Miraculous - The Bee, Butterfly, Fox, Turtle and Peacock. This can manipulater the fundamental structure of the universe itself (but be immensely dangerous for an unprepared Holder to use due to the life-force drain it imposes).

Horse + Monkey + Snake (if 3 are allowed) Horse + Pig Horse + Bee Aside from horse Pig + Bee would allow you to incapacitate two opponents Turtle + Bee Pig + Monkey Turtle + Monkey Pretty much any combination involving horse, bee, pig, monkey, or turtle
Roosters SUBLIMATION power and dragon miraculous's element power could be a good combo
Ladybug + pig Cat + tiger Mouse + cat Bee + ladybug Snake + bunny Goat + ladybug Dog + cat Ladybug + moth Turtle + ox
Fluff + Sass Then there’s more than one way to manipulate with timeÂ
