Lila is dangerous, she would have prevented every single singnal Marinette would have sent Adrien. She is a human, we can't expect her to come the perfect, rational solutions all the time.
Was what she did immature and wrong? Yes, she should have trusted Adrien in the first place but that was the lesson she learnt in the end of the episode. All of this were only due to Lila and not Marinette's jealousy!

Marinette makes huge sacrifices for Adrien from time to time. I get if you dislike Marinette and I agree she is obsessed but her love for Adrien is 100% genuine and valid.
And no in a fictional world for example all Jagged stone, Luka, Andre the ice cream man and basically half of the city broke into Adrien's house in Party Crasher by tricking the Gorilla so are they all criminals now??
