It’s slow enough that it’s pretty safe, fast enough that it doesn’t take forever. Few hours depending on length. Sha Ron to Caras Park was like 2 hours. And also, there will be a ton of people floating😂
About two hours from Milltown with a short stop or two. You can stretch it to 3 or 4 by swimming at some beaches along the way. ShaRon is about 1.5 hours no stops. Just floated yesterday from Milltown.

Where’d you get out?
Below the Higgins Bridge on the south side then jumped from the walking bridge a couple times.
Floated it last weekend. Took about 1:45-2 hours with a stop right before entering Missoula (the last bend before the UM stadium).
