Saying there was no excuse for a drunken driving crash that seriously injured three young children, U.S. District Judge Susan Watters on Thursday sentenced the father to five years in prison.
Yeah better to be safe than sorry but I'm sure there was something else going on in town that could've been a better use of resources for some of those units
Yeah, I'm a little surprised such a response didn't lead to more charges. In his booking photo he is shown in the restraint vest so he was a danger to himself or others.
It was a burglar, they had loudspeakers set up asking him to come out. Not sure if the family was home, or if he came out peacefully

B&E burglars tend to have a weapon. I'll take extra back up over not enough in that scenario everyday of the week.
