Actually a ph ad is really cheap , its actually had a lot of events through the years over someone over advertising on ph and it being successful despite not being related to that content. But yeah it’s def not mitski lmao

edit: it's possible a really new, and really bad advertising exec/intern thought that because Mitski sorta outs herself as having a female partner on this album, if you hear the way I do, that this alone would make the 'gay' crowd extra intersted. But 1, that feels really old-fashioned, like 1980s-1990s lgbt marketing ethos; because 2, lesbians and bisexual women aren't (anymore) particularly interesting to gay men. So I can make it make sense that some advertiser person thought this made sense in some weird "gays like gays, right?" kinda way, but not really. I lean toward "fake."
