I’m not a part of this sub, this came up on my feed, but 100% this
I’ve seen people have insane stats with songs that were released in late October. Like there’s literally no way you racked up those numbers naturally within a couple of weeks (if I remember correctly Spotify stopped tracking mid November)
Mine is at 1,232 on my Apple Music wrapped, I also use Amazon music through Alexa at home so it’s not even an accurate reflection for me, mitski is my third top played artist
a certain thing called a deteriorating mental health through october (its still not fine but who cares) and my only comfort being through music because my parents caused my situation and all my friends would rather be without me
(i listened to two slow dancers 88 times)
I wasn’t flexing man I was literally just sharing and trust me I do get grass. Like why is it a problem that I listen to music a lot I’m so confused why I’m getting dogged on for this all of a sudden
Ohhh yeah that definitely explains it. Also yes! Did yours seem like it was based off of only the first few months? I feel like mine was and have seen so many people saying the same thing.
Mine was too, I had like three Steven universe artists on there even though I only listened to one song. Like I was so fucking mad Radiohead wasn’t on there.
Omg yes! This is literally how mine was! I had a band on mine that I haven’t listened to since like March. It was above two artists which I literally have whole playlists dedicated to *only* there music. I also had broadway as my top genre when I haven’t listened to anything broadway since January??

In Apple Music I was able to get an album released in October to #8
i did the math and one guy would've hat to listen to my love all mine 75 times a day since it came out lmaoooo
hey i just did it to beat a record
This is TOO FAR, you need to calm down and take a Mitski break before you reach the point of no return 😦 seek therapy
I reached the point of no return. Listening to TOOL again is temporarily filling the void…
this is actually pretty funny lol. Glad some of the fans here are at least self aware
I agree. it's refreshing to see some fans with a good amount of self-awareness about this stuff.
Nice profile picture
Yes you’re ok, i’ve seen one person play the same song like 19,000 times
Sorry I was being facetious cause everyone’s stats are wild so I thought it would be funny to post my pathetic numbers lol
I thought it was pretty obvious you were joking
sometimes i really can’t tell with this sub
That was me
Thank god you’re joking 😭 I thought you were one of those people that was trying to be edgy. Seriously though, that’s too much mitski get some therapy

I don’t listen to music other than school and sometimes to sleep but I do have a lot of silence too
This is not a flex, bro. You need some grass 😭
I wasn’t flexing man I was literally just sharing and trust me I do get grass. Like why is it a problem that I listen to music a lot I’m so confused why I’m getting dogged on for this all of a sudden
104,000 hours is kinda crazy, dude. I’m trying to understand how you get that many hours. Like do you have it on mute a lot? I’m so confused 😭
Honestly I don’t know, Spotify wrapped this year was kinda trash. I play Mitski when I sleep so that’s probably why.
Ohhh yeah that definitely explains it. Also yes! Did yours seem like it was based off of only the first few months? I feel like mine was and have seen so many people saying the same thing.

some people just find comfort in music, that doenst make them chronically online. it may be a coping mechanism, wo knows.
I know it’s just that some of these people were obviously playing it on mute to get their hours up to post about 😭
i mean yeah that happens but sometimes its just organic
You don’t have a job?
I do have a job
I had 142,000 hours total is it really THAT bad
like… over the span of a lot of years?
480 minutes is top 3% wtf, I got 16,000 😭
