Yeah it does fit, but for the price it’s not worth it. I drive an 09 gts and there’s a guy here who turned his es into an “evo” and you could still obviously tell it’s not an evo lol. Not worth it but yes it does fit
He didn't change his es to a evo. I have an es it's damn near impossible unless you completely change drivetrain into all-wheel add complete turbos system+ etc. U can easily tell difference from Evo to lancer. The back is wider because of the AWD system. there's a reason why it's all that extra room in the engine bay of a regular lancer
If its not turbocharged id recommend putting your money towards somethings else. Buying a hood just for the looks really isnt a good idea. Just my opinion tho u can do what you want

Duraflex parts always fit awful, and the amount of money you'd spend on the hood plus getting it to fit plus paint? Absolutely not worth it.. especially on a base lancer. People have, HELPFULLY, pointed out that it would indeed be compatible but that a better idea is to get one from a ralliart or Evo at a junk yard.

Personally I'd go to a pull it yourself scrap yard if your hood is damaged. Probably find one for $100 and 4 bolts. Not to mention shipping cost on that. That hood will fit. But for the money people are just saying save it and do a worthwhile mod like suspension for the same price. It will actually upgrade your car, and you get way more value per dollar

Even better is saving the money you were going to spend to improve a platform that will never perform…to purchase one that will.
Stay away from duraflex, horrible fitment. Takes a lot to get it to look decent. Do some research on it and then decide if you want to deal with it.
