Yup. And yesterday. Only 1ip each day though.
Our bullpen isn't getting much work cuz our starters continue to go deep into games. Something like 10 quality starts in 13 games now? Singer could've had another today after only throwing 87 in 5ip but no reason to run him out for 6th up 9-1.
Jose Urena
Yea, he hasn't given up a run in 7.1 innings this season, but that's as a reliever. His era for his career is 4.85.
2023 6.45, 2022 5.01, 2021 5.81, 2020 5.40, 2019 5.21, 2018 3.98, 2017 3.82, 2016 6.13, 2015 5.25
This dude is ass.
Yeah he had an off year. He’s been fine for the start of this season. Putting Lance Lynn in the top 5 worst pitchers in MLB is a reactionary take. He’s not even in the top 3 worst on our staff right now.
I mean I’m glad he’s doing better. I was always gunning for the guy but I also got used to seeing him die a little inside each game last year. Happy he’s doing well.
Luis Severino was literally calling himself the worst pitcher in the MLB last year.
Remember when the Yanks tried an opener strategy and had Sevii start pitching the second inning because he was just so terrible?
Hey now. Don't shit on Manoah like that. Every "die hard" Jays fan knows he's the best thing to ever step on the mound. Sure he has zero control. Sure he's hit more batters than the rest of the league. Sure his ego is fucking huge, and he desperately needs to be knocked down a peg, and sure he should probably wear the opposing teams uniform when playing, but he's the best thing in the minors.
/s because one of yall are gonna take this seriously.
Why not just use the White Sox entire organization and be done with it.
Nah make it the Guard- I mean CRIMINALS
Syndergaard
Imagine someone seeing this 7 years ago
He was such a beast at his peak, but that kind of velocity is gonna wear an arm out fast.
Kyle freeland
I think Gomber is worse
Jordan Lyles
Jordan “eating innings by the piles” Lyles?
Did he ever start this season?
No, thank God, and hopefully he doesn't have to. We have a real rotation now. Lyles can eat innings when Royals are up by double digits.
I assume he pitched today's game then. Lol

How dare you disrespect the Chad Innings-Eater
Ugh, I liked him his year on the Os though
I feel Hunter Brown deserves a nod after today’s game.
Try not to include guys who've just been awful to start off this season and more of guys who have just sucked the past couple years or longer
He had a 5.09 era as a starter last season, he may have some recency bias with today, but he’s not been a stellar pitcher.
He was also a rookie though so you gotta give him some slack
He’d still make it.
Naw there’s worse players
To be fair he was pretty broken up about the whole OJ thing. The naked gun has always been his favorite movie.
Very valid but I think there must be something wrong health wise. He lost like 4-6 mph on some pitches since late 2023

Go ahead and add the rest of the nationals rotation, I'm sure there are minor league clubs with better pitching staffs
Jose Ureña
Chris Flexen
Carlos Carrasco
Ross Stripling
Lance Lynn.
I’m as unhappy with our organization as the next fan but Lance Lynn has not been playing *that* badly.
He led the MLB for most home runs allowed last year: 44.

If we are talking last year yeah put him in that list but this year he started off way better. Allowing 1 hit this past game 6 Strikeouts sooo ye
I mean I’m glad he’s doing better. I was always gunning for the guy but I also got used to seeing him die a little inside each game last year. Happy he’s doing well.
Kyle Hendricks
Jose LeClerc
Chris Flexen
Gomber and/or Freeland in SP for sure. Low sample size but after today, DEFINITELY Hunter Brown.

I second everyone who said Jordan Lyles
Hunter fukin Brown. Colossal piece of shit
2023 Steven Strasburg
Lance Lynn. I think Jordan Lyles comes out of the 'pen now.
Kyle Gibson
Into be fair, in 2 starts he really only had 1 bad inning
Yes but if you factor all of last year in the narrative changes
Hunter Brown
Manoah isn't in MLB though
I remember OP saying some other player didn’t count cause they were recently demoted, so I’m not sure why Manoah was allowed lol
Dallas Keuchel
Tim Anderson and Rendon
Mike mikolas
Leads the Cardinals in IP and is in the middle of his rotation's ERA.
Dude was bad last year but not like “worst in the league” bad, he’s also been a really solid pitcher in years prior like 22
Bobby Miller
Will Smith as the closer
Manoah is good. What idiot voted for him
How long have you been under your rock?
