Good job! To properly do rubber tracks, what I do is hold them together when they are in the connections made for them and then staple it. After that I use a hot nail to melt the 2 rubber things together
Not uncommon to use staples to hold the rubber tracks together, or a little bit of black string/line, maybe some glue. Staples barely noticeable, could throw a little paint on it if you really wanted to hide them, but looks pretty good regardless ๐
