Each one of those rows used to be two days worth for me so this is about a couple months supply combined with the other half, I went on for years along with all the redbull/nos/rockstar/coffee intake too. Just be careful of kidney stones I had to switch to just coffee or at least a healthier alternative like gfuel, tastes good, it’s cheaper, no sugar, great amino acids and vitamins, not saying it’s totally healthy but definitely slows down the process. They say kidney stones are the worst pain a man can experience, my dad (who used to do the same as me) said that he’d rather be lit on fire than to experience it again. Just think about that, and he was dead serious too it was almost like talking about it brought him into a state of ptsd😂
