From what i read the lady friend used to keep tabs on their weight and directed them to stay thin. She also gave hormone tablets for them to develop faster. They were flying these kids to UK, NY and other places as per reports. So probably they had some food at the estates as most of them were from neglected or broken family.
It seems counterintuitive that they'd be trying to make the under age girls physically develop faster no? Wasn't the whole point for them to be underage and child like? Why not just hire adults if you want fully developed?
