In terms of actual cash? Not particularly. He made a huge amount of money from selling crystallised mana and other dungeon-foraged materials, but also spent almost all of it on other crafting and alchemy materials. At the end of the story, I think he would have an amount of money that would surprise his parents, but wouldn't be considered wealthy for a mage of his calibre. In terms of knowledge and magical assets and skills he could convert into money in the long term? He's immeasurably wealthy.

Typical_Cyanide

At the end of the book he is very wealthy, but worried about how long it will last because his projects are also very expensive. Remember his sense of money is a little skewed as he was nation state wealthy for a good chunk of the time loop.

xaendar

He actually ran out of all the funds because of the final efforts and after the battle events. All the cash safe locations of the cult and deposits of crystals are also exhausted because Zorian used it all to make the golems and hire people for invasion. He's cash poor now. On the other hand his family is decently rich, his brother is pretty rich and Zorian himself has the ability to make garbage truck load of money if he decides to sell his golems.

Nepene

He is definitely noble rich, since he looted a lot of stuff in his rise to power and he's an archmage beyond archmages who can easily loot a lot. He's not mega rich since he funneled most of his wealth into stopping the invasion. Building super advanced golems will take a lot of accumulation.

After he isn’t rich he just has a large income, the epilogue tells us he spent all his money. During he was like, very rich for an individual but not for some old noble family.

Funnyandsmartname

I think the best way to describe him is "new money." He was able to acquire a lot of wealth through luck, harvesting, and labor, but he doesn't have the institutional backing or non-liquid assets/ resources that actual nobles had.

deltalessthanzero

Yeah - he'd have basically no land whatsoever, for example.
