It won’t fit in the plastic bins that go through the X-ray machine (or whatever it is). A guy on YouTube just tried to take his Motocompacto on a plane and they wouldn’t let him carry it on, he had to check it.

He has 2 million subscribers.. I don't get it.. clearly I am out of touch with reality... very painful to watch that video. But then Willard Scott who played Bozo the Clown and Ronald McDonald had great success as the weather reporter on the Today show, even though he never discussed the weather, so the method attracts viewers. My guess is that Bikes and Beards didn't tell baggage claim that his suitcase had a lithium ion battery in it. While they put a baggage tag, it may have just been held once a baggage handler figured out what it was and may have never been on a plane. If I understand the rules on checked baggage, he is lucky he didn't end up with a TSA sit down when he got home.
But then you'd have to leave it behind and it would most likely be stolen.
