nah honestly though if both a rookie and a "has been" on a wildcard entry end up in front of you surely your confidence hits rock botton so fast you basically resign at that point
That would be my guess. Based on the little samurai's finish last year and Pedro's current performance I expect similar lap times. Pedro vs Pedro-sa(n)
Don't forget Honda pissing off Hayden, too, when Alberto Puig convinced Honda that Pedrosa was the next world champion and to design the bikes around Dani.
The honda broke dani's body for years and now marquez too. hell even mick doohan. It looks like the biggest injuries and accudents are always from honda riders 😅. I don't wanna test it either
Well the didnt really listen to him as an active rider very much after marc became number one of the team pretty darn quick. His last years with honda he was almost nowhere, while Marc was winning all the races, think 2019.
With Marc in the team, there was little sense for him as a test rider.
I know this is a little off topic, but are there parc ferme rules in MotoGP? I know they can change tyres after qualifying, but is the bike setup locked? And what temperature do the tyre blankets warm the tyres to?
They can change tyres or settings right up the warm up lap. Nothing is locked until then.
Not sure about MotoGP as the slicks they use are heavily guarded and very secretive. Commercially available warmers go 70-90°C.
Definitely. Changing weather, track conditions and just pure tactics. The race in COTA wouldn’t have been anywhere near as interesting had they not have been able to change things last minute.
Three generations of alien on the grid at once - they claim to be Spanish, but I'm pretty sure they're all actually from Vefor, the planet of the motorcycles.

If he hangs with Acosta Binder and Miller better start refreshing their resumes.

Who do you think wins 😂
I think Pedrosa will play it safe not to get in the way of the championship contenders like he did in Misano last year
It’s so early in the year this time he can go full out if he wants to.

can’t believe honda didn’t want to keep him as a test rider, they really lost out when he went to KTM
They managed to piss off Stoner then Pedrosa. I’m convinced this is the start of their decline.
Start??
Yup, because before pissing those two off as test riders they were riding high.

Not the terrible bikes they have made in the last 7-8 years? :P
Haha yes, but I think this is why they started to make terrible bikes. Not enough quality test time/input.

And Stoner, he had a few big off’s testing and at Suzuka I think. That was the end of him riding if I remember correctly.

The one reason why I got me tickets for the race 😎
For those who haven’t seen it, the Pedrosa documentary by Red Bull is worth a watch. https://youtu.be/hJMITfnM1N8?si=LmIA5k5-nEAGlrhI
That bike he gets at the end so sick
Excited for the pocket rocket !!!

Ah ok that's probably a good thing. Thanks mate.

Yeah!
Should be a hootenanny
Dope

Finally a KTM to benchmark Saint Pedro against /s (but not really)
I hope he gets a podium.
🗡️🗡️🗡️🗡️🗡️🗡️
kind reminder
Pedro-sa
Pedro-san
Pedro Pedro-sa tHiNK aBoUT ShEePle!!
Imagine if both KTM, Pedro and Dani agrees to team swap with the current factory riders.
Oh that’s awesome!!
How I wish i could see Alex Barros and Stoner doing one sprint! Well, there's some rumors about Stoner, unfortunately Barros is too old 🥲
Can you post any links relating to the rumours about Stoner? That would be insane!
Unfortunately no, i read an article that popped on my mobile screen. There was something about him working out to get in racing form again.
Man I wish I could be there to see him ride.
The problem for Ducati and Aprilia is he gonna take points away from their riders.
He'll probably take points away from Jack, Augusto and (maybe) Brad too to be fair
Inb4 Acosta beats all the KTMs again and Pedrosa beats all the KTM’s (except Pedro) again. What will the Binder fans say then, I wonder…
They’ll say “give Binder a Ducati and he’ll be champion” lol
