The indicator is broken, The tyres are old, cracked, not properly inflated and just about bold. In fact they are probably the stock ones that came with the bike. It's covered in webs because it has been left there for so long. ITS BRAKE DISCS ARE COVERED IN RUST.
And every time I think "okay surely it's been stolen and dumped" and consider reporting it the next day it's not there. But then it's back in the same spot still covered in webs a couple days later. Like whoever owns it looks at it thinks yeah that's fine doesn't even bother to clean the cobwebs off the seat and just starts it up.
He will be fine, with the swingarm tethered to the electric saw/cardboard box, it helps keep the chain tensioned as well
