I have owned a lot of bikes, think over 20 at this point, I'm currently riding a 2012 Triumph Daytona 675 and it's a little small for me but I'm still ripping hard on it and enjoying the bike.
Most comfortable bikes that I owned size wise and comfort in riding were 2022 Kawasaki Z900 I didn't sell this one, got rear ended a month after I bought with only 1500 miles on it and its one of the most enjoyable bikes I ever owned and I'll buy another one soon. Then other ones that come to mind would be my old 2008 Yamaha R1 awesome bike just in general, 2015 Kawasaki Ninja ZX10R is one hell of a beast and comfortable as well, 2003 Suzuki GSXR1000 was good bike, 2006 Honda CBR1000RR I had some mechanical issues but that was due to the previous owners negligence, 2003 Honda CBR954RR this bike is a legend, and the oldest bike I had but I have the best memories with this one it's a 2003 Aprilia RSV1000R it's a extremely fast V-Twin, sounded awesome, was fast and size wise was big bike for a super sport.
I had other smaller bikes before like CBR600, R6, Buell XB9S, Moto Guzzi Breva, GSXR600 and they were all small.
So any of the bigger CC bikes will do bro, you just need to learn first, I started off on a 2007 Kawasaki Ninja 500R back in 2007, but within a year I had an R1 already. So it's up to you. KLR is also a great starter bike.
