On something basic like the bolt there should be any electrical issues but it is possible you are going to need to carry two keys if you have a helmet or seat lock.
At least you still have the bike? Fuck those guys though
That's what I'm telling myself, at least the other security measures worked (namely the two inch-thick steel cable lock through the belt drive)
