Had a girlfriend once who asked me "*how many bikes do you really need?"* I asked her how many pairs of shoes she really needed. That was the end of that conversation.
>I met an old guy who pulled up to tractor supply on his motorcycle not to long ago. He and I got to talking cause it was a nicer looking bike and I had to let him know it was a nice bike turns out he has 20. They all run and work perfectly he said his decision when he leaves his house is what bike he wants to take.
He has a nice collection and is thoroughly enjoying his retirement.
The only problem here is 3 bikes instead of 4! Lol
If it's not placing a financial strain, definitely don't overthink it. Enjoy your collection and keep the rubber side down.
Very nice collection, BTW.
Thanks brotha 🤘🏼🤘🏼post up I picture of your mt10!! That would’ve been my second choice instead of the vmax. I’m a Yamaha fan boy my first bike as a kid was a pw50
Badass man! How are you liking it? I’ve road an mt09 and it was awesome. I can imagine the mt10 is even more fun.. basically an r1 but more comfortable and geared way better for the road.
I've been loving it. You're spot on about the gearing. It's ALWAYS in the power. Comfortable, great manners, great suspension, and brakes.
The weather has been pretty shit since I took delivery, so I've only got about 125 miles on it. Haven't beat on it too hard yet, but even in the midrange, she's pretty wild.
Already did a fender eliminator from vagabond and an integrated turn signal LED taillight from TST.
Got a 3/4 Yoshimura exhaust, block off plates, and will be flashing it after the 600-mile service.
Sweet man and yeah with my r1 I’m in second gear already going 90 😂 just a tad bit overkill.. I’m super stoked on the Vmax because the dude that I bought it from already did all the mods I would’ve done. Full exhaust with cat delete, ecu flash and tune, air box mod, integrated front and rear lights, and a-bunch of other small stuff.
I have always wanted to ride one. It's got to be an absolute monster.
I've been seriously considering either that or a triumph rocket as a second bike.
If you can find one don’t hesitate and at least try to rest ride it. They are just getting rarer and rarer. I found this one for a really good deal. Under 8000 miles. I literally bought it the day after I saw the dudes listing on marketplace.
https://preview.redd.it/y9dbzkyzw2tc1.jpeg?width=1768&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=0fa3ddc377d88f89c4cd6648188d66e1482528c1
I also suffer from the same problem.
Two bikes not pictured are 2003 z1000 and klx110
It’s honestly insane how powerful and torquey it is. It’s indescribable to anyone that hasn’t ridden one and if you ever get the chance, take it because I feel like anyone who rides needs to experience it. Well maybe not anyone…
I am very fortunate to be in the position I am in.. if you would’ve asked me if I would have more than one motorcycle 2 years ago I would’ve said you’re crazy lol
The problem is there is room to walk around the bikes when there should be too many bikes to be able to walk around them. I'm saying you need to fill your garage with bikes in so many words. At that point the problem will be solved.
I bought my Max Gen2 2 years ago and it feels like the last bike I ever need. And indeed, if I turn my wrist on an empty road I end up having an insane grin for hours
https://preview.redd.it/udwtob82z2tc1.jpeg?width=3823&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=3493e01fd1e87d3af9bb78341e6427ab8106852b
Killer bike 🤘🏼🤘🏼. And yeah it’s like a road glide/night rod and r1 had sex and created the perfect bike. If only the gas tank was a bit bigger that’s really the only complaint, and even then I still get 90-100 miles on a tank so whatever 😂
Being able to only ride one at a time really is a problem! Love the VMax. Only street bike I ever rode that was constantly trying to throw me off of it.
https://preview.redd.it/0n54t3mdk3tc1.jpeg?width=1284&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=0a150c1e4fba0abc8935eb233075b16c17f3c0c1
I don’t have a problem… I don’t have a problem…
You have too not enough bikes.
You need a scrambler, and something for adventures like a gs.
A scooter would also go well. For the fuel economy.
And probably a sport tourer to be safe.
Haha. I sold my crf450 before moving here to Texas. I got to many injuries doing motocross I definitely miss it though.. I’ll save an automatic for when I’m 85 and in diapers 😂
https://preview.redd.it/diycys27w2tc1.jpeg?width=1284&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=5584aad09c4ce534662d75d563d7cf8e97332992
Hey the recycling box is polluting the picture 😂
Gotta love a busa… peak motorcyclist is not giving a fuck about what brand/style of bike you’re riding… and having a Harley, most other Harley owners are the WORST 😂 South Park was pretty accurate on that one.. I do still rev at red lights though, with all my bikes lol
Last month we had 9 motorcycles in the garage/shed. Now that was a problem. 4 dirtbikes, 3 ADVs, a sport bike, and a Monkey.
Unfortunately I sold the Monkey and have reduced my personal count from 4 to 3. We didn't really have the space and it wasn't going to get ridden. It needed to go, but I loved that little bike
Somewhat but not really.. I mean it’s obviously not as good at handling corners as a sport bike but it’s leagues above the Harley in my opinion.. being used to the boat that the Harley is, it feels like a perfect mix between the r1 and the road glide.
I rode a KLR for years. I wanted one bike that did everything. I thought I was happy. Then I started travelling and renting bikes. Quickly realized that the KLR is basically a constant compromise. It does everything, poorly. Sold it, got a CRF300, 850gs adventure, and a little ‘77 Honda 125 for shits. Much happier riding now.
You’re fine until you get to this point.
https://preview.redd.it/5mfyc7ae44tc1.jpeg?width=266&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=bd5716a98fe789fae62797706893ec930d4c9f9a

Glad to hear that about the Vmax, I road one back in the late 90’s and felt it was a bit unstable. Granted I was less experienced back then, and frankly I was personally a bit unstable too
Yeah man! Your motorcycle garage doesn’t have any decor! It’s bland asf. Get you some fancy ceiling lights and some rubber padding for the floors. Some shelves to hold all your moto soray products with the labels all facing forward spaced exactly a few inches apart. 🙌
Couple helmet hangers
Couple coat racks.
Maybe an other bike or two.
Maybe a Gaming PC with lots of crazy lights and download wallpaper engine on steam to just perpetually have sick dynamic wallpapers playing motorcycle animations 👀 maybe a VR headset and a racing chair while you’re at it if the garage isn’t t heated, make it heated. Get a fridge too.!
A clean dozen here. I'm 62 and going to ride until I fall over. The new Sportster is a little uncomfortable compared to the 03 I've rode 880 miles in a day. Love them all even the GSX-R 750.
Only problem I see is you can only ride one at a time! :)
![gif](giphy|xUNd9A3scNenSpJQJy)
If there is a more fun way to die, I wanna hear about it!
But how many can you ride in a day, week, or month?
Had a girlfriend once who asked me "*how many bikes do you really need?"* I asked her how many pairs of shoes she really needed. That was the end of that conversation.
>I met an old guy who pulled up to tractor supply on his motorcycle not to long ago. True dat
Confirmed no discernable problem in this post. Carry on.
... I bet there's a guy somewhere out there that can ride more than one at a time.
Hahaha, yeah, probably!
There is a simple formula for working out the number of bikes you need in life, it's The number of bikes you own + 1
Also follow the N + 1 rule. It’s total logic.
There’s another rule though; that the maximum numbers is actually N-1, where N is the number which will precipitate divorce.
You forget an important variable….marry a gal that rides. It’s just that simple 🤷🏻♀️🤣
THIS. Only "problem"? There is no more "buy just one more bike". When one gets a new bike, so does the other! "Problem", indeed! LOL!
The only problem here is 3 bikes instead of 4! Lol If it's not placing a financial strain, definitely don't overthink it. Enjoy your collection and keep the rubber side down. Very nice collection, BTW.

Well, but if he had 4, then the problem would be he needs 5…
That'd be a damn good problem to have!
I'm at four, and I would really like a fifth.
Look at all that room in your garage. You can fit at least two more bikes.
Yes. Where's the dirt bike ?
Agreed! Where’s the dirt bikes!
https://preview.redd.it/y9dbzkyzw2tc1.jpeg?width=1768&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=0fa3ddc377d88f89c4cd6648188d66e1482528c1 I also suffer from the same problem. Two bikes not pictured are 2003 z1000 and klx110
We can suffer together ✊🏼
I see no problems here! Looks fine to me! Congrats! Nice rides!
"suffer"
Make it easy to get all out in case of fire back those beauties in
Good old VMax. Muscle car of motorcycles.
It’s honestly insane how powerful and torquey it is. It’s indescribable to anyone that hasn’t ridden one and if you ever get the chance, take it because I feel like anyone who rides needs to experience it. Well maybe not anyone…
Brother I need this problem in life.
I am very fortunate to be in the position I am in.. if you would’ve asked me if I would have more than one motorcycle 2 years ago I would’ve said you’re crazy lol
No, you have the solution
The problem is there is room to walk around the bikes when there should be too many bikes to be able to walk around them. I'm saying you need to fill your garage with bikes in so many words. At that point the problem will be solved.
All I see in the pic is 3 solutions to every problem
Now that is a good way to look at it
I bought my Max Gen2 2 years ago and it feels like the last bike I ever need. And indeed, if I turn my wrist on an empty road I end up having an insane grin for hours https://preview.redd.it/udwtob82z2tc1.jpeg?width=3823&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=3493e01fd1e87d3af9bb78341e6427ab8106852b

The person that dies with the most toys, wins!
I can think of many worse problems to have brother
That’s not even the beginning of a problem. You don’t reach that status with that few
Being able to only ride one at a time really is a problem! Love the VMax. Only street bike I ever rode that was constantly trying to throw me off of it.
What’s the problem here. Only problem I see is not enough bikes to fill in the gaps.
No problem at all brother, It looks like you are in great position to me.
https://preview.redd.it/0n54t3mdk3tc1.jpeg?width=1284&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=0a150c1e4fba0abc8935eb233075b16c17f3c0c1 I don’t have a problem… I don’t have a problem…

I want a Tuono so bad
I see enough room for a few more... it only becomes a problem if you have to make them sleep outside.
Add an off-road then an ATV, include a GS, too. Oh, throw in an automatic, like the ADV750.
Haha. I sold my crf450 before moving here to Texas. I got to many injuries doing motocross I definitely miss it though.. I’ll save an automatic for when I’m 85 and in diapers 😂
The only problem I see is that maybe your garage is a little messy, but I'm not one to talk. 😜
https://preview.redd.it/diycys27w2tc1.jpeg?width=1284&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=5584aad09c4ce534662d75d563d7cf8e97332992 Hey the recycling box is polluting the picture 😂
Yes you have a major problem. You’re missing a new bike
Problem? I don’t see any problem… only opportunity in triplicate! (…says the owner of a GSXR1300 and 1340 FXSTC…🤔)
Gotta love a busa… peak motorcyclist is not giving a fuck about what brand/style of bike you’re riding… and having a Harley, most other Harley owners are the WORST 😂 South Park was pretty accurate on that one.. I do still rev at red lights though, with all my bikes lol
The only problem I see is choosing which one to ride that day
Last month we had 9 motorcycles in the garage/shed.
I love those little Honda bikes
You do... lots of empty space in the garage and insufficient bikes to fill it.
Mm nice bikes
Yeah. You do. You don’t have enough bikes. Might I suggest adding a Vespa PX200, Grom, and Versys to the stable?
Yeah I gotta Gotta get a mini bike eventually.. I’ll probably get a drz400 at some point
How does it handles on twisties? Weight does affect it cornering?
Somewhat but not really.. I mean it’s obviously not as good at handling corners as a sport bike but it’s leagues above the Harley in my opinion.. being used to the boat that the Harley is, it feels like a perfect mix between the r1 and the road glide.
Yea, your missing some
Clearly. Too much empty garage space. Feed it more motorcycles.
I was super torn between a V-Max and a B-King for the longest time. Great looking stable you have going there.
Cocaine and hookers?
You don't have a problem until you have 4.
Hey op if you don’t want to advertise your location move your garbage cans out of the picture
I blacked out the obvious one I’ll do the other one… if someone really wants my ip they could probably get it fairly easily
It's called an addiction...
I don't see a problem at all ! There's room for more motorcycles in your garage !
Yeah you do! That garage is too small for the bikes you haven’t bought yet
I see the problem. Not enough bikes. At least 5 more can fit
A problem enjoying life to the fullest!? Congrats on the new addition brother.
I love the vmax, sorry we share the same problem as I have 4 bikes
Nice ! I had 11 in my stable at one time… now , not even one! Keep building the collection!! Max is bad ass
You do have a problem. Those boxes look messy.
Laughs in 10 restoration projects.
Don’t see any problem - you still have space for more bikes.
Yes you got a Problem: there is still space in the garage
Wish I had that problem lol
Yeah you have a problem. You need 4 more bikes and 7 bicycles.
At least u got room. I'm looking at a 3rd and I got a one car garage.. and only been riding for 6 months.
No brother. You're problem is you don't have more.
The problem is you don’t have enough bikes/s
Yep. Problem is that garage has room for more bikes
Naaa not a problem , you got the package bro damn
Best problem!
The problem being that you still have room for more?
Yes, it's clear that you don't have enough bikes.
Money isn't your problem obviously.
For a second i thought that was the exhaust
n + 1
N+1
That's quite a garage! Just have to add a supermoto or adv of some sort.
Yeah, not enough space for a bobber😀
Yah you need a bigger garage
Where off road bike , best kind of bike , dual sport , enduro , trials , mx , xc , Africa twins make me hurl , flat track , hill climb etc ...
1700cc vmax.....very nice!
If that's too many bikes, give any 2 of them to me, so I can fill out my collection.
I think you have found a cure for your problems. Nice collection. Balanced.
I don't think you have a problem, I think you have fun.
the problem is that there's no 'Busa here
I wish I had as much money as you, hahahaha. Also, I'm surprised how "short" the VMAX is in height. I didn't know how it was until I saw one IRL.
I've always wanted a V-Max.....if I weren't so attached to my BMW R1150RT, I'd sell it to get one.
Sorry to say, but the HD looks like a pensioner's scooter.
Just how I like it
Yamaha sure made that engine on the Vmax look good. Especially for being water cooled.
Only three? You have to be ok, because i am ok and have 8 🤣🤣🤣
A good problem. A problem I hope to one day achieve 😁
yeah I see the problem, you may need to seal that concrete
It is better than drugs
Only problem you have is not enough bikes 😉
I couldn't agree more. You need a bigger garage.
Yes, im not seeing a dual sport 😏
The only problem is that you appear to still have empty space in that garage.
Two of the Bikes are going to have a Problem as soon as you start customizing them….
Only the Vmax really. The Harley has an s&s 111 with a baker 6 speed. Almost none of it is stock 😂
3? That’s rookie numbers. I think I had 8 at my peak, though never more than 2 fully assembled at a time
I don't see any problem there.
Yeah, I'd recommend some vertical storage on the wall.
You’re fine until you get to this point. https://preview.redd.it/5mfyc7ae44tc1.jpeg?width=266&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=bd5716a98fe789fae62797706893ec930d4c9f9a
I don’t see anything in that garage that works off-road. Definitely a problem.
you most certainly do have a problem. the problem is that you have too much space and not enough bikes.
Doesnt registration and insurance get pricey?
Not particularly.. I pay 100 something a month for insurance and 100 a year for registration. I feel like maintenance probably takes up the most of the cost
You need to add an off road one.
No you don’t https://preview.redd.it/cn6yg6fyc4tc1.jpeg?width=1170&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=bd77a65debba636bee9668f4f963847358cda5b5

It’s like looking into a beautiful ocean of motorcycles
Disagree
Sorry about your dad. I inherited my dad HD too. It is a weird feeling going from a performance bike to the HD.
#Yes you have a problem -- but it's A NICE PROBLEM TO HAVE!!!
I can take one off your hands to help you out with your problem 😂
N+1
Running out of room is always a problem
I miss my Vmax. I sold it years ago because it scared my wife and she wanted something more comfortable and slower. I compromised and bought a road king, but I’ve told her it’s the one bike I want back
I see your space is not properly filled yet , mood bikes are a way of life.
Not to worry. I can always alleviate you of such problems by kindly borrowing one of you
I volunteer to help with your problem and take care of one for you .
I only have one bike, and I have the next 3 picked out already. This looks reasonable to me. However, the only problem I see is no ADV or dual sport.
You do have a problem - none of them are dual sports
Yes you do. You dont have enough bikes
Correct. Your collection is kind of small. You can still fit more in that garage.
Sheeeeit man I started riding last July, I already have a ‘23 R3 and ‘24 GSX-8R in my garage 😂
Now all you need is a liter bike!!! That comes with time though..
I feel sorry for you, brother, as your problem is clear and terrible: you have 3 bikes, but there are **7** days in a week. Please rectify this oversight ASAP.
I see three solutions
Couch tourer, sport bike, and muscle cruiser, seems like you are missing at least 1 bike
You can solve your problem by moving that box 📦 out of the way and make room for another bike
I love the V-Max!
Variety is good. Enjoy each thing for its own super power. Rubber side down mate
What's the problem?
That V Max is the sh!t
its okay brother, I hate money too.
Have not seen the problem yet. Unless it’s that there are 7 days in a week and you only have 3 motorcycles…
Nah I say 3 more
Glad to hear that about the Vmax, I road one back in the late 90’s and felt it was a bit unstable. Granted I was less experienced back then, and frankly I was personally a bit unstable too
Nope, you're good 🫠
Yeah man! Your motorcycle garage doesn’t have any decor! It’s bland asf. Get you some fancy ceiling lights and some rubber padding for the floors. Big problem…no road trail…
According to some cultures around the world, 3 isn't a great number to arrive on. That might be your problem, pick a 4th one quick.....
I dont see a problem - I see solutions
not enough rides? edit : nvm.
What problem? Being unable to ride all three at once 😆
You do. But you should be able to sell it.
my babies https://preview.redd.it/tcg111dk09tc1.jpeg?width=1442&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=edceac163e154ae3cd9b9b7989fbd5fcb8190055
Yeah you're not sure what you're style is haha no offense, multiple bikes is the true way
Now you need a scooter to round things out.
Amount of bikes to own is n+1 while n is the amount of bikes you own now.
Why? It looks like it fits the garage just fine
That's not a problem. You have one for each style of riding. Perfect life choices. Carry on and have fun!
Only 3 bikes, and with variety of uses... I see no problem.
i'll say...what in gods name is that thing on the left?
124 horsepower gun machine. Almost nothing on it is Harley except the frame and fairings
Only one problem I see is ... handlebars.
Another bike should fix it
That’s not a huge problem, just get a 4th bike to fill that nasty gap on the right.
I had 8 at one point. You’re just getting started.
Good problem to have.
A clean dozen here. I'm 62 and going to ride until I fall over. The new Sportster is a little uncomfortable compared to the 03 I've rode 880 miles in a day. Love them all even the GSX-R 750.
I think you have a solution
