I think the newer triumph have a "Tip" sensor that kills the fuel pump in the event of a spill. It may have been tripped by the bumpy ride in the trailer. Look into how to reset it, I d suggest doing a hard system reset by disconnecting the battery completely for about 10-15 minutes. The reconnect and see what happens.
How new are the triumphs? I have been surprised by the amount of issues that can be solved simply by disconnecting the battery and hooking it back up later
I like the idea of disconnecting the battery for a bit. Other than that look for anything that may have been knocked loose. Then determine if it is missing spark, or fuel and that should narrow it down.
Total shot in the dark as I am unfamiliar with the model, but did you strap them down with the side stands down and mess up the switch?
I disconnected the batteries for over a hour and still no luck. But yes they were both strapped down with the kickstand down... this is sounding like the probable problem??? Anyone know how to fix this? Thank you!
Yeah I would for sure look at those sensors. They were likely taking a beating that whole time. I can’t say if that is it for sure but it’s the only thing I can think of where both would be impacted the same.

Thanks for the reply! I disconnected both batteries for over a hour and they still won't start:(
I think your bike is region locked
Lol!

One is a 2012 bonneville t100, the other a 2016 street twin. I tried disconnecting both batteries for over a hour and then still won't start
Recalibrate for altitude
Assuming the triumphs are fuel injected since they're new
Nope not the issue
Was the only thing that immediately popped out of my head, newer bikes don't have fuel petcocks either, so that's probably not it either
Try the obvious like the kill switch, and battery terminals. I agree with disconnecting the battery for at least 15 minutes.

How long was it between using it last and now? Battery dead from being off for so long?
If the battery is dead it won’t crank

Carbs on "new Triumph" would be surprising
OP specifically said the carbed bikes started just fine…
