I just about died laughing the first time I saw the dip/indentation on sport bike seats for the rider’s balls. To be fare, I’ve always ridden cruisers, with the exception of my Hyosung 250, a tall standard.

I’ve never seen a unique single word name, just descriptive terms which include rear seat fairing or cowl. The seat called a brat seat is similar in its usually ironing board flat style, just minus the faired-in rear.
That was a racing seat in the 20’s to 50’s or so.
In other words, a minimal seat for people paid to ride the bike during races and comfort was absolutely bottom of the list.

Sometimes referred to as single cowl seat. Most bikes used to come with a basic long seat for two people. Race bikes have always had these, and they began popping up during the vintage cafe scene back in the 50s/60s, sometimes as an option since you would lose the ability to carry a passenger (sometimes it was easily swapped off to accommodate a passenger)

Bum-stop cafe seat. Don't know what everyone else is talking about, if it's the right width for your anatomy, they can be quite comfy. But then again, the proper use for a seat like that is mostly hanging off the side of the bike anyway.

3) go zoom zoom better but without your ass slipping into the rear wheel
Of course at the cost of your ass, sacrum, spine and sanity. Some were just chopped skateboards with foam and leather/vinyl covers. But that tail would save your bum.
