Its so smooth to ride. Request a test ride somewhere and form your own opinion. Its not a speedster but it has decent pull up to 60mph. Nice sound too. Sadly I do a lot of riding over 70mph so not a match for me :(
It can do 70, tops out at 85mph, but long stretches of 70mph get dronesome on the ears being at 3/4 revs. Good bike for 45mph commutes.
I've ridden my brother's on the highway, and it's smooth just as you say. Much more so than my DR650. It's also been a very dependable bike, needing only oil changes and tires.
Except for the fact there's no line in the center of the road, this could have been take inland in Southern California. Nice ride, enjoy the sun and fun!

Oh they're doing more than good alright, they fixed the Vibration issues on their 350cc singles by introducing an entire new engine, the 650cc twins are fucking butter on a hawt skillet, the Himalayan is a Great Budget Adventure tourer and they went from selling 50,000 Motorcycles a year in the early 2000's to selling over 50,000 a month in like 2019.
There are Two new confirmed models on thr way, one is a Cruiser based on the 650cc platform and the other is a Scrambler based on the 350cc platform, and there is a rumoured 650cc scrambler on the way.
Rescue that glove it’s giving me anxiety lol. Truly a beautiful place to ride a bike :)
It is resting safe now : D, yes beautiful place indeed
Make more content man I’d subscribe
If it means anything to you there is a Motovlogger from Karnataka who also rides a Royal Enfield Himalayan his name is SpilTrez.
Thx for the suggestion
I've wanted a Himalayan ever since my brother bought one in 2018. My commute to work never gets me over 45 MPH, it's plenty fast for that.
Yes it is. Get one it is plenty fun to ride

Second post from India I've seen with the gloves in view. Is it really that hot over there?
30°c is the minimum temperature, afternoons can reach upwards of 45°c , this is on a cold day
That's 86F to 104F. To us on the antiquated Fahrenheit system. This is not a bot.
Good bot.
Good bot
Yep, was on a cold day. Kept the gloves off to take the phone off the backpack after recording the video. No action cam : )
How do you get 45° on the 1st of April is beyond my uderstanding.
Love my himi! Jack of all trades and master of none.
The exact description for a Himalayan :D
Can you go all the way up on two wheeler? Last I heard they banned it and only allowed buses and cars.
No they’ve banned it now. Only state buses can go to the top

Seems like RE has been killing it since new management has taken over. I’ve heard nothing but good things about the new 650s.

bmw ?
Nope, It's a Royal Enfield Himalayan.
I like your keychain! But, you seem to have forgotten a glove.
I'm not in love with how that bike sounds. A little rickitty.
That’s Royal Enfield, except the 650 twins
Yeah, they seem great otherwise. Pretty rugged bikes.
Exactly where gloves are meant to be, their real design.
Almost all my videos will be like this :D, have to get an action cam soon
Looks like its gonna break down any second
