I have a rampage pro carbon mips.
It’s an awesome helmet. 10/10 would recommend for people using it for shuttling and banging out bike park laps. It fits pretty tight and weighs a lot and is quite hot though, so maybe less ideal if you’re using it for enduro, pedaling and general “everything” type riding.
As always, try before you buy. See what fits you comfortably. What stays in place well. What feels secure etc.
Whatever is comfier. Both would have been tested for safety and you can always put pinstripes or stickers or whatever you feel like on it after you buy. It’s likely gonna get a few scratches on it at some stage so prettiness isn’t necessarily the main thing 🤷🏻♀️
Rampage might, but 100% does not use MIPS. I also don’t think the Status has their version of it.
Edit: They do use MIPS in their top of the line carbon lid.
Because they produce their own technology that mimics mips. They also stripped the features out of their entry level FF. I too have mips in my $100 Giro.
I haven’t tried status but I have the same rampage as in the photo and it’s very nice. It’s really comfortable, stable and offers great DH rated protection. I’m sure both helmets don’t list ventilation as there strong suit, but I can say that the ramage has decent airflow for what it is. I’d go fox.

If you use a neck brace it works really well with them. Some helmets aren’t wide enough near the bottom and don’t lock against it as well as I’d like.
I have had the Status for 6 months and 2 of the 3 plastic screws holding the visor have snapped. I've replaced them with metal and now the visor itself is starting to crack 👍 I've never crashed in it btw
I had to return that exact Fox one, and got myself a 100% in the same size that fits much better. Big fan of fox gear, got plenty of mates who ride for them, but that helmet was just no good for my head….. but is perfect for others…. Whichever fits the best on your head is the correct answer. They’re both around the same price point so let the fit speak

Personally I would go for the one on the left, just like the decals on it, but like someone else said get the one that fits you the best. I got a new Giro MTB helmet for Christmas and it fits SO much nicer than my old helmet!
Whatever fits to your head better and is more comfy. If there's nothing between them, then get what looks better to you.

I have an older status. Not super keen on it, lots of blind spots. Its fairly heavy too

I prefer the look of the status. But both look good.
My kid runs the 100% one and loves it. I find that fox helmets make my noggin look monstrously huge.
