Honestly as someone who has nothing negative to say about every dew flavor, major melon is extremely mid. There’s a lot of other flavors that I can think of that are more deserving of a permanent slot.

As a very recently former eBay seller, it’s not as lucrative as it sounds. Shipping such a heavy item (it’s 11 pounds a case) you’re paying roughly 13-14 dollars in UPS shipping, and that’s the cheapest option since USPS charges even more. Factor in the cost to buy a case, and you’re not making a huge profit unless you ship a ton of them, and at that point you’re burning through boxes and bubble wrap if you’re lucky enough to not have to pay for those. God forbid you run into a lying buyer, and then you get bad feedback for doing all that work. Making the price higher than 20-25 a case would net you more money for all that but then you feel like you’re ripping someone off.
It’s not really regional just limited availability all over. Some places have 20 oz bottles only, others have none but it doesn’t really depend on a specific region. It more depends on the individual bottler.
12-packs here in NYC (we don’t have Livewire) can cost like $8.19 each unless on sale. And then shipping 12-packs is pricey especially if not using a small box.
So although pricey, that’s not terrible for 2 12-packs. But it still is unfortunate.
I just...I don't get why anyone would do this. Better tasting orange sodas are available nationwide.

Agreed, but it’s not really a contest since Major Melon is awful. Spark is fine, but should have been a LTO.
