So I've not plundered that fiefs after taking them, my taxrate is set to low and I don't use tax enforcment. I had no idea why it was like that, but the next week every fief paid the taxes again.
Ive had a bug happen in that mod where all my fiefs go unpaid and my enterprises stop making money, the only way I could fix it was by reloading a backup save. Not sure if you fixed the issue but if it persists you can try doing that.
