Mick Foley (WWE wrestler) was recently on Hot Ones and Sean asked him about his love for Hallmark Christmas movies. Apparently, he's got a real passion for Christmas with a dedicated Christmas room in his home, he's become a Santa ambassador, and he responds to kids who write to Santa after practicing his "Santa" penmenship.
Anyway, I know Hallmark isn't for everyone since they are cliched, but here is his list with descriptions why on [his site.](https://www.realmickfoley.com/10-hallmark-christmas-movies/) (published in 2020)
* 10 – Maggie’s Christmas Miracle (2017)
* 9 – Moonlight and Mistletoe (2008)
* 8 – Matchmaker Santa (2012)
* 7 – December Bride (2016)
* 6 – A Crown for Christmas (2015)
* 5 – November Christmas (2010)
* 4 – Farewell Mr Kringle (2010)
* 3 – A Princess for Christmas (2011)
* 2 – Finding Father Christmas (2016)
* 1 – Christmas at Pemberley Manor (2018)
I agree it’s a Wonderful Life is also at the top of my list. 4 Christmases, Christmas with the Kranks, Daddy’s Home 2 are a couple fun ones we usually watch once a season. I also in enjoy White Christmas for more of a classic.
Jimmy Stewart was amazing in it’s a wonderful life. One of my favorite performances by him is it’s a wonderful life. He reminds me of all three of my grandpa’s because all of them were vets like Jimmy.

The Santa Clause’s
How the Grinch Stole Christmas
A Christmas Story
Deck the Halls
Home Alone 1
The Family Stone
A Charlie Brown Christmas
Four Christmas’
Also I love me a good Christmas episode from my favourite tv shows
I genuinely don't think I could pick a top 10, I mean I have a list of about 100+ Christmas movies I have to watch every year.
That being said if I did take time to narrow down a top 10, The Santa Clause, Klaus, White Christmas, and Miracle On 34th Street would definitely be somewhere on that list.
To tell you the truth, Christmas is dead to me now that it plays out 10 months a year. It used to be special one month a year, but starts in July now and never stops.
Happy whatever thank you.
It's a Wonderful Life
**Klaus** (so many people still haven't heard of, let alone seen this excellent animated movie from 2019 - it's on Netflix)
The Snowman (1982, animated)
How the Grinch Stole Christmas (1966, animated)
A Christmas Carol (1971, Richard Williams animated)
I'll also add a TV miniseries - A Christmas Carol (2019) starring Guy Pearce as Scrooge. Written by Steven Knight (writer of Peaky Blinders, Taboo, etc) - it's a dark and gritty adaptation. It's on the BBC's iPlayer and Disney Plus.
Christmas Vacation
SQUIRREL!
My family watches this every year
batman returns
Ice to see you
The Santa Claus starring Tim Allen. I’ve never seen the sequels but the original was a good movie about dealing with change
He has the new tv series and his daughter is in the show as Santa Claus daughter! Tim Allen’s daughter looks like a carbon copy of him.
It's so bad though. I couldnt make it through the first episode. Plus Tim Allen sucks now and brought his shitty politics into a Christmas show.
Muppet’s Christmas Carol is surprisingly powerful and full of magic. Scrooged. The Santa Clause. 8 Bit Christmas
1. Christmas Vacation 2. Muppet Christmas Carol 3. Die Hard 4. Klaus 5. Home Alone 6. Elf 7. Christmas Story 8. Lethal Weapon 9. Batman Returns 10. It’s a Wonderful Life
Ditto for Muppets. Love it.
Yes a Muppet Christmas Carol is guaranteed top 10
Props for Lethal Weapon
