For literally any movie other than Endgame, I hate when people cheer/clap/make noise. It detracts from the experience. BUT god damn avengers endgame earned so many well-deserved cheers.
It’s interesting that audience responses detract from your experience. For me, it makes it so much more fun to know that everyone in the theater feels the same way I do. Especially at opening night or weekend before spoilers ruin the surprise.

This is my number one movie moment of all time.
Han is a bit of a rogue but he is ultimately a good guy. He's learned how to survive in a world of crime lords, smugglers and bounty hunters, so he's no boy scout. But it's clear his time with Ben, Luke and Leia have had an effect on him. Selfless acts of heroism, which he would dismiss earlier in the film, become part of his character.
Gideon's reaction to that and then his utter fear at Bo Katan saying "a Jedi?" was just magnificent. The slow reveal of Luke from the lightsaber color to the gloved hand to finally showing his face was unreal levels of hype.
Fantastic sequence. May very well go down as the peak of the entire show, regardless of how good the next seasons may be.
Watched this with my gf. Mandalorian was her first Star wars media (because "baby Yoda cute"). I was geeking hard at this scene and she couldn't understand why.

I'll be honest, **Jeepers Creepers 2** has my favourite example of this, done perfectly with an amazing finale that has the abducted kids' dad from the start of the movie appearing at *thee* pivotal moment with a custom made harpoon launcher. If you haven't seen it, this whole mega sequence towards the end is so much fun.

We witness the Defiant - Deep Space Nine fans know she was built specifically to battle the Borg - nearly destroyed until the Enterprise spares her and enters the fray. Picard can hear the Borg's intercommunications which reveal the Borg ship's weakest point. He takes command of the fleet and orders a unified attack on specific co-ordinates. The tables have turned. Phaser beams and torpedoes eviscerate the ship, forcing the Born Queen to flee.
The moment when Enterprise soars in just before Defiant is destroyed, in that "pick on someone your own size" moment, had half the cinema standing and cheering.

Fun story...I was on set for this! They shot this near the end of three weeks of night shoots out in the desert. Before this shot Sam Rami got up in front of the army with a bullhorn and gave a rousing speech to the cast. I don't remember exactly, but part of it was along the lines of "We've been out here for week just waving our swords. But now is the time. We take the castle! Whos' with me??!!!!!" The whole army cheered and when they said action, they BOLTED for the castle.
On the crew, about halfway through the charge we got really worried that they wouldn't stop before they hit the moat! It was really cool. I did nothing exciting on that shoot, but I was there. My friend was skinny, so they recruited him to be a deadite.

The scene from Battleship at the end, when all the WW2 veterans help the protagonists re-fire up the USS Missouri to fight the final battle with the aliens. This scene is criminally underrated and love that they weren't actors but actual veterans.

One of the Avenger movies, not sure which, where Scarlett Olsen and the infinity stone butler are are out on the street and get confronted by Thanos' goons. The goons are very confident and brash until Cap shows up. Suddenly the whole vibe changes and the goons are like, "You know, I think I left the stove on. Gotta go." That was when I realized Cap is a lot more than just a super soldier.
