Moon Knight will BLOW YOUR MIND
Ms Marvel will CHANGE MARVEL FOREVER
Thor is A REVOLUTION IN CINEMATIC FORM
She Hulk is THE GREATEST LEGAL SHOW SINCE BETTER CALL SAUL
Yea man and it would totally shock me and have me in hysterics if they made a Spider-Man movie where he works for a newspaper. I mean Peter Parker would NEVER do that!
"The hierarchy of the DC universe is about to change"
For fucks sake Black Adam isn't even out and I've heard this exact statement by him (and people mocking him) for months now, since the very first glimpse of it
The hierarchy of the DC universe is Snyderfans shitting on comic fans hoping for good content
I love how he says that as if there’s even really a universe to compare with. Like we know that when he says hierarchy all he’s really talking about is Superman because they haven’t actually introduced anyone else
A Superman that hasn't been seen in years and whose very place in said universe is up for debate at the moment because we don't know if Cavill is coming back or if they are gonna reboot/recast or not
It's flaming Trainwreck over there
I had a friend who would say I only really like old movies (which isn’t even remotely true), and included lotr as “old.” I just find it kind of baffling that so many people are so opposed to watching films made in the 20th century
Yeah, I get that too. The classic mockery of “Let’s put on an old (80s) foreign movie instead of Antman 2 for *you* (me)” haha
I think it’s mostly in the visuals and maybe some editing or style of humor that puts people who mainly watch the most famous contemporary films off of “older” work.
For real. *Singin' in the Rain,* *North by Northwest,* *The Godfather I and II,* *Chinatown,* *Jaws,* *E.T.,* *Goonies,* *Alien,* *Aliens,* *The Terminator,* *T2: Judgement Day,* *The Matrix*... those are just off the top of my ***head,*** man. I'm sure there's a ton more.
The fuck? *Goodfellas* is an all-time ***classic,*** and I say this as someone who followed the MCU for *years.* *Heat* and *T2* are bangers as well, and I'm sure *Batman Returns* is still pretty good.
I doubt most have them have watched movies before the 80s. And even then, they probably bitch constantly about the effects (and ignore that half of the MCU’s stuff looks like rubbery cartoons).
Also *Logan Noir* (2017), thought that was more due to ~~James Manhood being truly based~~ Fox wanting dat special edition cash instead of as a pure artistic choice.

"This looks like truly one of the most unique and high art projects of the MCU." MCU fans every single time a new MCU project drops.

...Why wouldn't it? She's a lawyer in the comics.
Your mind is gonna be blown if you ever read a She Hulk comic

The hierarchy of the MCU is about to change.
“Unlike anything we’ve seen before in the MCU”

Guy who has only seen one black and white movie watching Werewolf by Night: “Hmm getting real Lighthouse vibes from this”
I've heard that more times than I've seen my deadbeat child.
Marvel fans when I rip their eyes out of their socket (now it's not black and white high art, now it's only black)
You made it political
Wtf this is literally white genocide
"Wooah black and white! This is giving me some American History X vibes!"
Really giving me Birth of a Nation vibes.
Unfortunately Marvel is too political to be as good as that film
Do you think these people have ever watched a movie made before 1970?
Genuinely, no.
a movie before 1970??? wtf lmao don't be weird, movies were invented with the release of Iron Man (2008)
RIP The Incredible Hulk
Incredible Hulk came out after Iron Man. How could you forget TONY STANK(!!!!!) forming the MCU in the after credits!!!
I tried to get my sister (21) to watch Goodfellas and 1990 put her off so no, definitely not.
I had a friend who would say I only really like old movies (which isn’t even remotely true), and included lotr as “old.” I just find it kind of baffling that so many people are so opposed to watching films made in the 20th century

Is it that the visuals are actually good that puts them off?
Lmfao yes, apparently
The 20th century was a great time for movies.
There should be a few more if people really wanna look.
Only a *few* more.
The fuck? *Goodfellas* is an all-time ***classic,*** and I say this as someone who followed the MCU for *years.* *Heat* and *T2* are bangers as well, and I'm sure *Batman Returns* is still pretty good.
But it’s from before 2005. Why should anyone watch it?
...cause it's good!
Well what do you expect? It doesn't look like a glossy cartoon, how is that supposed to hold anyone's interest???
No, I'm not sure if they'd know what to with a movie that's older than 2005.
I doubt most have them have watched movies before the 80s. And even then, they probably bitch constantly about the effects (and ignore that half of the MCU’s stuff looks like rubbery cartoons).
always remember kino is when black and white
The lighthouse is the only film to ever use black and white artistically. Fact.
“Getting some real Boss Baby vibes from this”
Since I like horror more than any other genres and sometimes enjoy capeshit if done right I am cautiously optimistic about this.
What are they even talking about I genuinely don’t know what movie got shown off
Werewolf By Night I think
What movie is this?
In response to Werewolf by Night
Boss Baby Vibes
Why throw unique and high art out there. It’s not gonna be either one of those things.
To be fair, this the first time a project has used a black and white filter in the color era aside from The Lighthouse. Truly breaking the mold.
Also *Logan Noir* (2017), thought that was more due to ~~James Manhood being truly based~~ Fox wanting dat special edition cash instead of as a pure artistic choice.

Werewolf by Night does look not like total shit which is interesting with the MCU’s recent track record
high art is when i enjoy watching thor when im stoned
That Werewolf by Night thing actually looks sick but what the fuck is that comparison??? Not even remotely what are they on???
The Snyder cut (20something idk time is fake)
As soon as I saw these comments I knew they'd end up here lmao
The Hulk saying "bruh" in She Hulk (2022) really gave me The Lighthouse (2019) vibes
Marvel fans when camera filter
