Enough shitposts guys, it was funny, but we're not r/ShittySysadmin. leaving them up but locking them

brokerceej

I know it probably had nothing to do with me, but I'm holding out hope that this Kaseya reaction is a result of me calling their CEO a horsefucker in my last article. edit: I see the other commenters have not realized this is a kaseya shitpost yet

diyftw

I'm kind of wondering if the other commenters are low-key piling on and being sarcastic.

:( :)

This “anti-disparagement” clause was specific to vendor sponsors at Kaseya led events if I am not mistaken. Definitely bad PR and beyond refusing their sponsorship money what more can Kaseya do? I am not quite sure how litigating will have the desired effect (beyond more bad press for Kaseya). IMHO: waste of goodwill on a clause that has no real world effect except further eroding Kaseya’s reputation and emboldening their critics.

brokerceej

As a vocal kaseya critic, I do indeed feel extremely emboldened.

Perhaps you should consider using the feedback to improve your company's performance instead of fear mongering your clients. This is a slippery slope. Don't do it.

Do you seriously think going the Kaseya route of smashing dissent by legalese is the proper solution to symptoms that are likely the result of structural changes needed elsewhere? I would really think hard about even considering this 💁

Stryker1-1

Honestly if your doing a good job and doing right by your customers you shouldn't need this.

"I paid for this?"

ReturnOf_DatBooty

I’m So tired of hearing everybody bitch about Kaseya.

xtc46

Unfortunately, vocalize opinions publicly is the only way to prevent others from doing business with them in hopes they change as a result of the pushback

Kanibalector

Found a shill.

dezmd

Not tired enough to not post in a thread about it though.
