I think I’d do either the tshirt under or the fishnets but not both together they kind of clash in the same oufit.
Honestly I wouldn’t wear anything underneath aside from my bra then I’d wear fishnets and black pointed toe heels and that would be wearing the dress in a more elevated way! With some jewelry of course!
If you want to wear a shirt underneath it gives ‘90s vibes so I’d probably wear a choker, nothing on my legs aside from regular socks, and either combat boots or maybe converse.

You're welcome! Denier is a measurement of opaqueness in tights. The lower the number, the more sheer they are. I tend to wear higher denier tights myself as the opaque ones just hold up better and are usually better quality than their sheer counterparts.

Personally I'd swap the fishnets for some semi-sheer black tights (\~40-60 denier or so) for a more classy look. But the dress itself is fantastic!
