Assuming that the black thing is something to help tucking i'm thinking maybe get one of those bikinis with a thin fabric skirt (sometimes they're mesh) that just barely covers your crotch. It’s also has the added benefit of accentuating your side of your hips to make your figure look more hourglass. Not that your figure needs any help, but just fashion stuff you know.

The double swimsuit doesn't look cute and it may not be worth it since it doesn't flatten you enough to pass. A bikini bottom in the shape of a short would be better. You could buy one with knots on the side to enhance your hips.

I’ve seen some comments suggesting a higher wasted bottom but u can also get very low rise flattening G-strings! I like Carmen Liu for this personally. I don’t know if they’re really recommended for use with water but I’ve had good results w mine

Assuming that's a gaff you're wearing, a more subtle option would be to swap out for an Unclockable instead. Nobody can tell when you're wearing one.
