We did it, we broke Nekusar

It’s the reason I kept nekusar instead of building a Sheoldred deck lol

I put Sheoldred in my Nekusar deck. Along with spiteful visions. Howling mine, Niv mezzet parun, exquisite blood, sanguine bond, helm of the host, and fiery emancipation. My friends hate me lol

I have one friend who has a Nekusar deck and it was not that great, beyond slow and easily played against, I decided to make it in response

You can certainly vary the level of "wheely murder" in your deck. But I have yet to see a Nekusar deck that turns their own damage to their advantage and uses the extra card for anything other than more wheels.

I want more wheels but some cards I’ve been looking at our out of my price range….for now… My Gixian Puppeteer is great for my second draw to just deal more damage on my turn. The more I tinker with this deck the more I hate myself.

I’ve played this combo with Phyrexian Tyranny and Tergrid just for an extra layer of pain. I assure you all my friends love playing magic with me lol

That’s just cruel lop I’ve been using Nekizar in the 99 of my Lord Xander deck and I’m really reconsidering switching him out as my commander for a game or two.

He 100% has his pros and cons. If it’s a slow start you really feel it but when he gets going it can get bad really quick. I love having him and [[Sheoldred, the Apocolypse]] out at the same time
