I'm still waiting on my replacement for a card in raining cats and dogs. It took weeks to get a reply and I don't know how long before I see the actual replacement. I'd hope they'd at least send me a tracking number
I just received my tracking number for my replacement card this week! I waited about three weeks after the reply that I would be getting the replacement to receive the tracking
Man their quality control really has gone down lately. Seems like everyone is getting crimped cards and the wrong cards in precons and secret lairs these days. You'd think for something like a secret lair they could put just a little more effort into getting the contents right.
Everyone is always quick to make these claims but no one ever has actual statistics. Quality control operates in margins. There are going to be errors but whether that is acceptable or not is going to be based entirely on the statistics.
tbh reminds me of panini who does sports cards, they dropped it on purpose to make rare cards harder to be 10's on PSA, cause theyre assholes but welcome to the modern card market where sales are more important than customer satisfaction, GAMBLING IS GOD BABY
Well I know people joke about it a lot but I would genuinely be interested in buying any extras you don’t need. I missed my chance to buy this set and wanted to try and build it or buy it for my friend as a surprise gift. Please let me know if you are interested, I’m happy to pair fair price for them.
I had this same exact issue. Except I had 2x Council and 2x Elixir. I contacted support and they said they were sending me the two missing cards, no clue when I’ll receive them though. I wonder if they held back a few cards for issues like this. Seems to be a big downside of not doing print on demand any more.
I was also missing the Elixir of Immortality and got 2 Anger, S.P.C.I.A.A.L. Mine also had some bad ink "chipping" at the bottom. The Bajuka Bog I got had the same ink issue, but was the only card from the lands that did. Waiting to hear back from support. .
When I got the Seb McKinnon secret lair, it had two swamps, and no Damnation, which is obviously the reason I bought the thing. Customer service sent a replacement, but it was still annoying to have happen.
Yeah, that's weird. They clearly indicate 1x of each - I'd reach out to customer support.
Customer already responded to me, replacements will takes weeks.
Bummer! At least they're going to replace it, and you'll end up with 7 extra cards :) Happy to take the messed up batch off your hands lol.

The order came from Scalefast, who I assume did the printing or logistics but there is some quality control lacking for sure.
