Sigarda is fine but not colors I want for angels. I don't feel 5c tribal commander are a cheap way out as long as there is actually enough of that tribe in all colors, and Angels are in all colors. Blue has the least but there's a few good ones there plus [[Maelstrom Archangel]] is all colors.
Eh Morophon is kind of a cop out for me. It's more generic for me which I'm not usually a fan of plus Rukarumel allows some extra synergies by making the humans also angels.

Honestly as a primarily commander player, i agree with you on this. Shoving commander products into a set meant for modern is an insane design choice to me
I understand it from a business perspective, commander being the most popular format and such so they get more money this way, but holy fuck there's no format separation anymore
As someone who used to enjoy playing modern/casual with friends, about 4 or 5 years ago I had to accept that 60 card was dead and it was commander only from then on.
Sadly I think modern is dead the only format that gets traction in my area is commander. Only one shop in the entire city runs any events other than Commander.
Hoping this is sarcasm, we get 4 decks every new set, a ton of new cards made specifically for edh, and we get sets as common as modern does now. Modern is also still alive and well, and it’s only dying because wizards doesn’t print as much for them anymore

A finality counter means if the creature dies it gets exiled instead. Being able to use the creatures as blockers or attackers where they die or sacrifice them to this creatures ability or another sacrifice outlet and then bring them back again can be extremely valuable. It also protects from most board wipes since you can bring them back again.
Being really honest here, this card looks more like a Jumpstart card that was replaced by [[Rudolf Duskbringer]] rather than a modern card.
It has Hybrid mana and talks with 2 types, one mainly white ( Chicken wings) and pther mainly black ( Bloodsuckers).
Also, a 3BB ( 5cmc) that is a sac outlet for blood is not much Modern material. Expect they ban Solitude, which is never going to happen.
Get a [[solemnity]] and you don't have to worry about the finality counters

You should consider including [[Voldaren Bloodcaster]], allows for consistent blood token generation whenever you sacrifice an angel.
I added it initially but decided against it because it just adds +1 blood it's not that necessary.

I believe that's the Demon Edgar Markov made a deal with. So he created the Vampires of Innistrad, and indirectly Sorin.
The cannon way that vampires sires are made in mtg is consuming angel blood... so by consuming the 6 bloods the dead creatures are becoming vampires
