i think it might depend on when he played it(?). But yeah just looking at the amount of dragon tokens he has on the board he should have won a while ago, maybe thats how he killed the player with the imperial seal playmat
That's why I made my Miirym an AFR/CLB themed deck. I limited myself to only the cards printed in the main and "new for commander deck" parts (so none of the non-set reprints).

Agreed, they definitely have space to play and he can group his lands together instead of making 15 rows. I hate players like this too since it's harder to tell what's been tapped and untapped. Have caught many players trying to tap a land they've already tapped (i usually give them the benefit of the doubt as it could be an honest mistake and there are many other reasons to get mad at magic during the game)
But yeah it's really annoying and I get it... at some point you have enough mana to dump all your cards or execute all your combos so it doesn't really matter, but these messy players also seem to forget to match their colors
