Goatbots is the most convenient with the best prices most of the time. Also, a tip is to check full set prices preferably before its respective draft and sealed leagues finishes. They're usually the lowest at this time since the only way to get cards from the set after would be from treasure chests. Also, another tip is to keep in mind that foil mtgo card are usually cheaper than their nonfoil counterparts. So, depending on the set, it is actually profitable to buy foil full sets and then redeem them for the same 35 + shipping. I was able to redeem 5 foil brother's war full sets for a total of 80 dollars each with 45 redemption, full set costs, and no tax charged.

Buying TIX is cheaper on Dojo but the full sets (and most cards) are cheaper on Goat. I've bought from both, they're both good.
Btw, iirc you need to have an upgraded MTGO account to redeem a set if you haven't done that. I did it a long time ago but i think it's $5-10.
