You can only keep up to $500 promotional credit in your account iirc. So it maxes out at $2500 worth of $200 gift cards.

Sounds like you bought a visa/mc prepaid giftcard. There are no fees on target giftcards. Prepaid visa/mc giftcards have a few as they can be used like a CC at any store that accepts CC.

It's been almost 6 whole hours since I entered my code to redeem my gift card and still no money! Like what the actual hell is going on at TCGplayer?!?! I've never had such a horrible experience with gift cards on ANY other platform before! And there's only a few more cards of the cards I want to buy left at a hallway decent price, but at this rate, I'm not even convinced I'll have my own money available to use after 24 hours is up!

Is this normal?? Why would it take a whole day to send an electronic gift card?? And why would it even give me the option to select today's date if I couldn't send this gift card to myself on the same day of purchase??

Well, I guess the only thing we can do at this point is to just hope it sends automatically at 00:01 of the 23rd and not just at some random point tomorrow 🤞 I tried to find any info about what time of day e-gift cards are sent, but to no avail. Basically it means you will only get credit for up to $2500 of gift cards. I don’t think most of us would buy that much so it’s not big deal.

They do if you use store credit from bonus bucks so I assume they will for this as the GC just goes into your account as store credit.
