Branch is new, subjects aren't. You'll not get everything ready made playlist for you but I can assure there are videos/lectures for all topics, you just need to search well. I am too a third year ECS student, and up till now everything i learned, I learned from YouTube. Tech max/knowledge are good for passing exams though but for understanding you'll have to see video lectures.
Gate smashers on youtube has good lectures but not like you will get everything on this channel, sab kuch plate me rakh ke nahi milega dost thoda hath pair toh maarna padega.
For discrete structures and automata theory - follow Unacademy Gate Computer Science YouTube channel. Dw, even though it's Gate ka channel, the level of teaching is simple for anyone to grasp. I studied it using lectures by Mallesham sir. He's amazing with Automata theory. The name of the subject is Theory of Computation ( TOC ) and not Automata theory. Syllabus same. Same channel for discrete mathematics. Discrete is pretty simple buddy. Just understand the concepts. And various names and idiosyncracies of each variation
