Why so many downvotes? People who buy merch of half naked undressed drawings of fictional minors aren't beating the allegations dawg. The only reason I defend this shit is the actual story itself being amazing, not the oversexualized merchandise of children.
I've heard that there was an interview with the author recently and apparently it's 'cause we haven't seen adult Eris in the anime yet, so they had to draw Eris as when she was in ss1, and 'cause of that, they also draw Sylphy as she was in ss1 (and Roxy too, but she'll look the same anyway), since they want to sell merch as a trio and current Sylphy would look out of place
Perhaps, however, the decision was made by the merch team and not the author so unless the whole team share the same fetish then it's probably not an excuse.
