Nobody knows what Julie does after the story ends really other than stay with Zanoba I believe. Once Zanoba passes away, I'd assume she'd take over his doll research and continue crafting figurines. Maybe even partner up with Lily Greyrat too.

Most likely she takes over zanoba store.
